+A beautiful, secure building with bright, spacious rooms and everything we needed. Having two balconies with great views was a real highlight. As was the extras like coffee, water and toiletries.
−Very minor point. The sockets are hard to reach with the current furniture layout, so hairdryers and phone chargers end up on the floor. Moving a table or dressing surface along with a mirror beside a socket would solve this.

“Perfect stay”
+Best location, less than 10 mins walk from the Palermo Centrale station, and about 20-30 minutes walking to almost every historic spot of Palermo. Lidl just downstairs for groceries. Cristian is super friendly and helpful, except showing us how to use the facilities, he also recommends restaurants and alerts us about safety travel advices in Palermo. “Comfortable stay”
+Helpful host,Cristian. Easy access to transport. Clean, functional bathrooms. Spacious rooms. Lift as on 4th floor.
−Cleaning cloths and kitchen sponges need replacement. Noisy at night but as we were there on Friday and Saturday nights we expected that.

“Fabulous”
+This was an amazing place to stay, very well located within walking distance to many of the main attractions. The apartment itself is beautiful, with plenty of space for adults sharing including spacious bedrooms (with very comfortable mattresses), two bathrooms and two balconies with incredible views of Via Roma & beyond. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

+Absolutely loved our stay here! We stayed for three nights as a group of friends, and the apartment was perfect for us. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and each has its own AC, which was a huge plus. Although the apartment is on a higher floor, there is an elevator, so getting up and down was easy. Having two bathrooms and two toilets was also incredibly convenient for a group. We especially loved the kitchen and seating area , there was plenty of space to cook, relax, and gather together. The location is absolutely fantastic! It’s very close to the train station, Vucciria, the main shopping street, and even Ballarò. There’s also a convenience store right underneath the apartment with everything you might need, and Lidl is just one block away. The host was also excellent , very friendly, responsive, and helpful. Communication was great, and he was happy to accommodate all of our requests. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would 100% recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Palermo. The combination of the spacious apartment, excellent facilities, unbeatable location, and wonderful host made our stay really enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!
