+The staff was welcoming. The apartment was neat and comfortable.
−The manager was not aware that we were a group of 4 people. However, she quickly ensured the apartment catered for us. The additional cost was not discussed before and even changed on the day we were leaving. The owner was rude.

“Very disappointing”

−We stayed in an upstairs room which was awful. I don’t understand how this can be deemed self catering. The stairs were so small and deep we couldn’t even get our suitcases up. Horrible smell as an insect spray is released every 15 mins.

+It has such a lovely, tranquil feeling. Very beautiful gardens and the apartment was incredibly neat and clean. We absolutely loved being greeted on arrival by the sweetest dog!
−There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like.
