+The host was helpful and gave us a lot of information on the apartment and the neighborhood. The apartment was a good base for our exploration of the city and region, well equipped and a good size
−Keep in mind there's no elevator but the host helped us get our luggage inside. The parking is shared by the whole block so finding a spot is tricky. We were again helped when we arrived by the host, she saved a spot for us, but we weren't as lucky in subsequent days and public parking was expensive.

“Spacious, very clean and nicely decorated apartment and extremely helpful host.”
+Spacious en well-equippes apartment. Very clean and nicely decorated rooms. Warm welcome by the host. Host very helpful with luggage as newly evelator was not working yet. Host always available for questions and immediatle reaction. Several welcome drinks and sweets. We felt very much at home.
−The "twin" bed, as mentioned on the site, turned out to be a "single" bed. That was disappointing and not so comfortable as we would have liked. It would have been nice to have a toaster in the kitchen.

+All good, spacious apartment, nice hostess, good location. A lot of additonal equipment - TV, coffee machine, washing machine, hair dryer, etc.
−Washing machine was not very effective, but that's a really minor thing.
