“Great location, great value”
+A great location, easy walk to everything
−The flat above has a kid that runs around early in the morning and it bangs through the ceiling - hopefully by the time you are looking they have stopped!

“Absolutely fabulous.”
+Host was extremely helpful, meeting at the apt with keys. Apt was so close to everything, lift to our apt on 4th floor (no steps). Apt was extremely comfortable with everything you need. Including a washing machine. Comfortable bed.great kitchen. Was just a short walk to the harbour and the old palace. Very close to the Flixbus station. Overall all expectations were above and beyond. Fabulous stay in Split.

+The apartment is very spacious, and the bed is extremely comfortable . The location is in the resident community with 2 supermarkets nearby, and it takes 10 mins to the old town.

“Great apartment in terrific location and a lovely host.”
+Apartment was spacious. comfortable and tasteful. It felt like a home. Well stocked & equipped with everything. Location was minutes walk to the old city & marina. Terrific host - she helped me with my luggage (much appreciated) to the bus terminal as we walked her dog. Thank-you for a lovely stay - highly recommended.
−Building a little bit old but so were most of the buildings around the area, being close to the old town.

“A safe and comfortable stay for solo travellers”
+The apartment was perfect for my week in Split. It was well equipped and situated in an exceptional location only a few minutes from Old Town. As a solo traveller I felt very safe staying in the apartment and will definitely be booking this apartment again in the future
−Whilst the building is situated in a quiet area, the apartment itself was noisy at times from noise coming from the upstairs apartments. However this did not impact my stay much at all

“Great location comfortable secure flat with excellent hosts.”
+Location was superb. Landlord was so helpful and lovely. Flat was clean and well presented. We had single night there and it was very comfortable , with blackout blinds and A/C. I would have happily stayed longer.

+First and foremost, the apartment providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The living area was spacious, allowing plenty of room to relax after a day of exploring. The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances, making it easy to prepare meals just like at home. One of the highlights of this apartment was its location. Situated in the heart of Split. it was conveniently close to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. The hosts were incredibly hospitable and responsive. They provided detailed information about the apartment and local area, and they were always available to answer any questions we had. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests' comfort were evident throughout our stay.
−There was no aircondition in the bedroom.
