“Great location and comfy apartment”

“Clean, comfortable, convenient and great air conditioning”
+The location was excellent: all the major sites we wanted see in Florence were within walking distance. We also had access to a washing machine which was much appreciated although not mentioned in the list of facilities. We were 3 adults and we had loads of space.
−There was a gap in the shower screen so the water leaked onto the floor. This is an easy fix and needs to be taken care of urgently for the benefit of the downstairs neighbours.

“Very poor”
+The only good thing about the place is the location
−There is a lot if information you need to know before booking this place. Starting from, there is no elevator, and the entrance of the apartment is on the 3rd floor, after that, there is a shared lobby with other apartment and the entrance to the apartment. after entering the apartment, you need to go on a 4th floor for the first room, and the second room is on a 5th floor. We struggle a lot because the pictures avoid showing the huge number of stairs we need to go through, for us was a little bit worst because we travel with a baby 3 luggage's of 20 kg and a stroller, and there was no indication that this apartment was not for families with babies. I forgot to take pictures fo the shared area with the other department, but I hope that these pictures will clear your mind on what you can expect, and if this is ok for you on your stay

−Très vieillot et a rafraîchir Des couettes sales et jaunes 1 seule plaque de cuisson pour 2 studios ! Pas de quoi sécher la vaisselle Chambre principale très mal insonorisée : on pouvait presque parler aux voisins du studio voisin pia nonna....

“Struttura pessima ma vicino al centro”

−Di solito guardo sempre le recensioni prima di prenotare ma questa volta non l'ho fatto. Struttura non conforme alla descrizione . Le foto pubblicate su booking non rispecchiano la realtà La struttura non curata, sporca , e condizionatore rumoroso. Bagno fatiscente . Materasso sfondato e cuscini troppo alti. Lucernaio al posto della finestra e tenda rotta. Tante scale per arrivare alla camera e ulteriori scale per andare al bagno. Leggendo le recensioni capisco che è problema già presentato. Ma non leggete le recensioni dei vostri clienti? Voi non vi prendete cura dei clienti . È solo comoda al centro di Firenze.

“Nos fastidiaron la estancia”

−Llegaron 45 minutos tarde de la hora acordada. Haciéndonos perder un tour por la ciudad que teníamos contratado y destruyendo toda la rutina que teníamos preparada. Luego el apartamento parece a piso plano, pero cada habitación está en una planta distinta, se nota que han sacado varios Airbnb del mismo apartamento. Instalaciones mediocres, no malas, pero no había tele, la cocina compartida con otro Airbnb, poca luz en una de las habitaciones... Les pedí una pequeña compensación por jodernos la rutina y no tienen ni el más mínimo miramiento de compensar nada, aunque fuese su culpa por llegar tarde. Podría seguir así más tiempo, pero no quiero perderlo más con esta gente.

“Tres bon séjour”
+emplacement très très sympa, au milieu du centre ville hotes tres sympas et agréables, service technique joignable car nous avons eu un problème d'électricité à l'arrivée, ils sont venus régler le soucis
−La chambre etait vraiment sombre, toute petite fenetre non accessible qui donne l'impression d'etre dans une cave. Les escaliers sont un peu dangereux aussi, pas réguliers donc il faut vraiment faire attention.
