+The location, the view, the facility and the hosts - all is great! Despite the central location and having restaurants and shops a few steps away, the property is very calm and private.

“Incredible stay”
+I just want to say the this hotel is amazing but what makes it is Themis, he is truly exceptional and the best host of our 5 weeks Europe trip. I have never felt something taken care of and his recommendations are so good. The place has incredible views services and surrounded by the best view in Santorini. 15-20 min walk from Fira. Thanks for an incredible stay Themis truly a genuine person and will miss the great conversations we had.

“Will miss this place”
+This hotel stay was amazing, the location offers beautiful (sunset!) views and is about a 20mins walk to/fro Fira area. Themis was very friendly and super helpful, really appreciate all the recommendations and breakfasts too. The room was very comfortable too.
−Wifi might be weak at times but not an issue for us

“A hidden gem - what a fantastic break we have had; we will be sad to leave.”
+Wonderful views from both terrace and private balcony. Spectacular sunsets. Convenient location. Themis was a most helpful host giving us many local tips and providing a range of delicious Greek breakfast options.

“Exceptional - stunning view and amazing host!”
+Really an amazing property - it has an exceptional view of the caldera that could stare at for hours on end, lovely pool, umbrella for shade, sleeping in the cave was relaxing, calm, dark and quiet. Bed was comfy enough. The room really has everything you need. The host Themis also made the stay exceptional with his care, all of his great information, really nice breakfast each morning that got to enjoy eating with a lovely view, and was available to help with any question or concern - really great guy! Great location it is quiet from the crowds but with lots of really nice restaurants nearby in walking distance and Fira is also easy to walk to.
−Not really much - was basically perfect! If being extra picky -The stairs up/down are a nice workout each day and a challenge for people with mobility issues - but on the brightside the enable the wonderful view and privacy -The shower could use some updating but overall everything was clean and you can't expect it brand new in an ancient cave!
