“Spacious, quiet and comfortable apartment in a convenient location, but with a few issues”
+Spacious and well-equipped apartment with a separate bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The huge balcony was a great bonus, with lovely mountain views. The area was quiet and peaceful, the apartment felt safe and secure, and having a large supermarket directly opposite was very convenient.
−Unfortunately, the kitchen tap was not working properly and, despite contacting the host, no one came to fix it. The access instructions should also be clearer for guests without a car. The sofa bed linen was damp on arrival and needed to be aired out before use. Also, the apartment is quite a walk uphill from the city, which is worth knowing if you don’t have a car.

+Fajne mieszkanie, dobrze wyposażone w potrzebne naczynia i sprzęty. Dużym udogodnienie garaż w budynku oraz komunikacja miejsca tuż obok budynku.
−Podczas upałów klimatyzacja słabo działała. Głośna okolica w pobliżu bardzo ruchliwe go ronda. Niewygodny zbyt miękki zapadają y się materac w sypialni oraz rozkładana sofa do wymiany nie da się na niej wyspać.

+Obiekt położony ok 30 min. pieszo od centrum Como. Blisko mieszkania znajduje się przystanek autobusowy do centrum i supermarket. Korzystaliśmy z autobusów zwłaszcza w drodze powrotnej - ponieważ mieszkanie znajduje się na wzgórzu i z dziećmi (i w upale) ciężko było iść na pieszo. Obiekt oferuje duży garaż w hali - co jest niewątpliwie dużym atutem. Samo mieszkanie jest średniej wielkości za to z dużym tarasem. To co potrzebne znajdowało się w mieszkaniu. Tak, jak czytałam w poprzednich opiniach, w mieszkaniu pojawiają się mrówki. Na plus pralka, zmywarka, żelazko, deska do prasowania, klimatyzacja. Doskonały kontakt z obiektem.
−Dosyć daleko od centrum miasta, mrówki. Mieszkanie wymaga odświeżenia.

“Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt und würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen.”
+Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, modern und gut ausgestattet. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über die Kaffeekapseln - nach der langen Anreise konnten wir direkt einen Espresso auf dem Balkon mit schöner Aussicht genießen. Die Tiefgarage war ein großer Pluspunkt: sehr geräumig und praktisch, sodass man das Auto bequem parken und das Gepäck in Ruhe ausladen konnte. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut - direkt neben einem großen Supermarkt und etwa 40 Gehminuten vom See entfernt. Der Kontakt mit dem Team war jederzeit freundlich, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit.

+Pobyt w mieszkaniu oceniam bardzo pozytywnie, od ekstra obsługi, która bardzo szybko odpowiada na wiadomości, czystość i dostępność wszystkiego co potrzebne po lokalizacje z której dojazdy do wewsząd odbywały się bez żadnego problemu 🫶
−Były dni gdzie zaskoczyły nas mrówki, głownie przy śmietniku w kuchni i w salonie (gdzie śmieci ani żywności nie było). Wychodziły one z listew lub ścian, ciężko określić. Jednakże były to dwie sytuacje, po spsikaniu ich płynem do dezynfekcji rąk już sie nie pojawiły 😆
