+Big spacious property. Good location. The host was very responsive. We stayed during Dec Christmas break, but it might really be a great place during spring/summer time as one can enjoy the benefit of the garden, barbeque and play area. Kitchen facilities available and free parking place. Grocery store Right behind the house.
−The furniture at the property feels a bit dated. The doors to the bedroom and bathroom needs upgradation as they make noise everytime one opens or closes. wifi was pretty weak and couldn't reach the bedroom area. The game room in -1 had the snooker table and other games but was not possible to use them during our stay due to lack of heating in -1. Cleaning could have been better. Good to have curtains in the living area for some privacy. Personal choice: The toilets both are at the extreme end from bedroom so had to walk all the way and it led to the kid almost becoming awake from her sleep in the night. Need to carry your shower toileteries, booking.com facilities list need to be updated..

+Nice big house. Big rooms. Environment suitable for day trips. Great garden (which we didn't use because of weather). Ideal for a family outing/weekend.
−-Distant. No one seen to welcome us. Only a message. No one asked us how our stay was or said hello. -Had to wait longer than usual for the deposit to be credited. That should be returned the next day. Period. -Quite a few things broken, such as dining table chairs, oven, shuffleboard. -Bedrooms cold. Heating couldn't really get it warm. In any case, it is inconvenient that the temperature cannot be controlled per room in such a large house. An investment of a few hundred euros, with great convenience. The play cellar is also unheated. It is so cold that you cannot actually stay there for a longer period of time. -Shower without curtain gave wet mess on the floor. This resulted in a dirty bath mat and dirty walls, where the paint also fell off. Damp bathroom. -If you indicate that there are Nespresso cups and dishwasher blocks, make sure they are there. Not 1 cup for every guest or 1 block for every day that you stay. That is of no use if you stay with such a large group for a longer period of time. Fine if there is only a 1st stock, but communicate that. Then we would have brought it from home. Now we were forced to go shopping in the supermarket. -Checking out at 10 am is quite e

“Geweldig verblijf gehad.”
−Eigenlijk niets. Alles was goed.

Niet alles was even schoon. Borg van €500 vonden we erg veel.
