“Disappointing”
+The only positive was the location - it’s right in the heart of Rome, with everything within walking distance. However, due to the cleanliness issues and the poor condition of the furniture, I would not choose to stay here again.
−Unfortunately, our stay at this apartment was not a pleasant one. The place was not entirely clean upon arrival - for example, the kitchen floor was visibly dirty - and there was a very strong, unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom that made our stay uncomfortable. The sofa in the living room, where one person was supposed to sleep, was in poor condition and not suitable for sleeping.

“Great apartment with amazing location”
+Great apartment, we loved it. It’s the best location in Rome in my opinion, close to the landmarks but in a quiet little place. The host was super helpful at all times. Lots of options for coffee, lunch or dinner nearby, it was very close to the metro station as well. We loved the balcony and the bed was really comfortable.

“Not worth the price.”
+The location was good, and the stairs didn't bother us either. The terrace was nice.
−The whole apartment is in a bad need of renovation, every place a little broken. Mold and unhealthy air in the bedroom. The kitchen equipment is poor, not even wine glasses. Hot water stopped now and then. Two apartments are being renovated downstairs, which will cause noise.

“It's Italy! "Piano piano" slowly slowly”
+Spacious, fully equipped. Washing machine great, we got to clean out clothes. Close to main shopping street and historic sights. Great location for walking everywhere. Bus stop just down the street. Tip: If the bus information says delay, just walk or try a taxi. We encountered rain/construction/strikes all on a weekend. Provided adaptor converter from old style (thin point) to new (thick point). Tip: If you like staying in historic buildings in Italy and travel with both types of adapters. The outdoor terrace. Raining so didn't get to enjoy soaking up the sunset with a spritz.
−WiFi very poor signal. Not enough, even for the TV. And forget working. Had to use mobile data. Dishwasher had a couple of buttons removed, including the start, so I couldn't do a load as requested on departure. The exhaust fan in the bathroom sounds like a freight train. Remember: you were told! ... You have to carry luggage up and down 4 flights of stairs. Think of it as a gym workout. Luca did help us with ours.
