“The appartment would be a 10/10 if it was not for the noise”
+Everything was amazing in the appartment apart from the noises. The decoration, equipment, and help from the host contributed to an amazing stay. Everything look so new and well care. the design itself is just perfect.
−The appartment is really really noisy as it is in one of the main streets of Split and the windows are just the typical old ones that let the sound eaily enter in the whole house. I reckon that I could not sleep well due to that. It would be awesome if this is consider by the landlord as an amazing appartment like that does not deserve such thin windows.

“Good location, nice balcony, large living room and friendly host”
+Very good location, minutes from the old town. Lovely balcony and a decently sized room, can also fit someone on the sofa as well. Great hosts and an easy check in process.
−First door into the building can be a little hard to open, but not really the fault of the host.

+Lovely apartment in a fantastic location, providing easy access to local attractions and amenities. Nikola, our host, was truly exceptional. After a car accident left us without transportation, Nikola went above and beyond by personally driving us to and from the insurance company multiple times. He even generously offered to extend our stay in his apartment, ensuring we were comfortable and taken care of during a stressful time. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making our stay even more enjoyable. I can't wait to return and highly recommend this property to everyone looking for a fantastic place to stay!

+Amazing place! Nikola is such a great host, he help us with everything. The location is good for explore Split, the apartament have all the things you need for a nice and confortable stay. Also, there is a free parking space, you will need it in Split. Obrigado! 🙂

+Nikola and his mother were very friendly, helpful and responsive. The location of the apartment is very good, close to the city (15 min by walk, with Uber 5-10 mins). The apartment itself was modern, very clean, air conditioner was included, you'd have everything what you'd need (iron, hairdryer, fridge, washing machine etc.). Balcony was great for breakfasts.
