“Great long weekend in the middle of the Rome”
+Very nice location, short walk from everything, plus the metro is just around the corner. Extra points for a really comfortable bed!
−The kitchen was very basic but of course you eat most of the time out, but a bigger Italian coffee cooker would be appreciated and some kitchen paper. Showering in a slippery bath tub is not optimal and of course you have to be ready to climb 79 steps to get to the top floor (4th), after walking the whole day in Rome. Our average was around 18500 steps/day :)

+The location is wonderful. The kitchen is great and bathroom is lovely and spacious. The lounge area is lovely and the apartment is well decorated
−The beds were quite uncomfortable. We had some issues with the gas hob creating big flames which was unsettling.

“Great place to stay for a couple - thank you to the hosts.”
+Small loft apartment with great privacy and romantic feel. We locked ourselves out and the host helped us get back in quickly early in the morning (always carry your keys).
−Location is a bit far from good food - walk to trastevere for food and cocktails is worth it and get to see lots of the city.

“Lage super, Wohnung für den Preis zu schlecht.”
+Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll, sehr zentral, alles gut erreichbar. Der Aufstieg in den 4. Stock ist zwar anstrengend, aber gut machbar.
−Die Wohnung war ziemlich schmutzig, es ist offensichtlich lange nicht mehr Staub gewischt worden. Die Ränder des Geschirrs zeichneten sich im Staub ab. Es gab kein Küchenhandtuch. Die Arbeitsplatte ist kaputt. Aus den Schränken in der Küche und im Bad riecht es schimmelig. Das Türschloss ist eine Katastrophe, fast wären wir abends nicht in die Wohnung gekommen. Die Wohnung ist nur durch eine Zimmertür von dem Nachbarhaus getrennt, es ist hellhörig und abends stank es extrem nach Knoblauch. Das Modem ist direkt neben dem Bett, man schläft also die ganze Zeit mit Strahlenbelastung. Armaturen im Bad sind verkalkt.

+La ubicación es excelente.
−La ducha no tenia buena presion de agua y perdia por la manguera del duchador. Los 4 pisos por escalera son para tener en cuenta si sos de caminar mucho durante el dia.
