“So disappointed, stay somewhere else.”
+Walking out knowing I won’t ever be bad. Good location. The architectural concept of the place is great, but the overall presentation is so poor and so disappointing. The shower and hot water was good.
−Dirty. Filthy actually. It needs a good clean. Cold. Non-Responsive host. Noisy noise transfer through the building at all hours of the night, especially from the laundry. Bring your own linen and pillows, otherwise you won’t want to sleep there. It’s stained and filthy. No wifi. No second key.

“Great space , quiet and well located. We would definitely stay there again”
+Location of the apartment is close to the city , public transport and local shopping strip
−The entrance of the apartment could have done with a good tidy up , but had no complaints once we got inside Industrial type apartment which was clean , spacious , well appointed and very quiet The apartment has no airconditioning , but remained reasonably cool compèred to the hot weather that we encountered outside during our stay there

“This is a fantastic studio apartment- nicely designed and in a great location”
+The attention to detail The stations layout The location The ease of access etc
−Tv cable seemed to be missing - so wasn’t able to access tv but didn’t matter as I wasn’t aiming to watch tv and the ironing board could be replaced

+1) Proximity to St Vincent's Hospital where my assignment was. 2) Large living space 3) Good kitchen more than adequate for cooking 4) Sunlight during the day 5) Good water pressure from shower 6) Good communication from owner 7) Access to King cross and Pott point where cafes are
−1) Bed too soft. Not ideal for people with back issues 2) Some of the bed linen and bath towels smelled musky. I had to rewash the bath towel. 3) Closest train station not exactly close. Be prepared to walk a bit if you need train 4) During the night the space can be very dark. The light fittings give good ambience but lack the brightness for reading, unless you only read from a screen and not from printed materials 5) Sound isolation from neighboring unit is poor. You can hear noise of door opening, extraction fan and upstairs neighbour's practicing drums 6) Vents in the brick walls let in smoke occasionally. It was cold at night during my stay and I often smell wood burner smoke from neighbour's.
