“Excellent apartment”
+Very large apartment in an amazing location, the host Joe was so helpful with any questions and requests. Will definitely try to book again if I return to Korea.
−Slight hill to metro can be tricky with heavy luggage but not really a big deal.

“Best place to wind down after a long day.”
+Property was well kept and spacious. Location made it easy to take either train or bus to wherever we wanted to go. Joe made us feel welcomed and was always there for any questions we might have had. Overall a 10/10 experience!

+Everything was excellent - communication with the host (who was also very accommodating and open to fulfill my requests on check-in and out), the space of the apartment - it's bigger than I've expected!; Cleanliness, fast internet, drinking water. At the top of that the area is a top-notch - very close to one of the most bustling areas of Seoul, but at the same time, a bit hidden, so the noise doesn't go in. Definitely will be back, when in Seoul :)

“Excellent apartment close to Seoul’s main sites”
+Excellent location close to bus stops and metro station to get around Seoul. Convenience store is just one minute walk and plenty of bars and restaurants within a five minute walk. Spacious apartment well equipped. Joe was an excellent, attentive host who wants to make sure you enjoy your time in Seoul. We’ll definitely be back

+It’s centrally located and bus stops a few meters from the property. The place was nice , clean and complete. It was also near the restaurants and bars yet it wasn’t noisy at night.

“Spacious, quiet and incredibly well equipped”
+We had an excellent stay and would happily stay here again. The apartment was spacious, very comfortable, and exceptionally well equipped. Having a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and a water dispenser providing both hot and cold water was incredibly convenient and helped us save both time and money. There were also plenty of towels for both the body and face. The host was extremely friendly, organized, and professional. He responded quickly to our messages at any time and was always willing to help when needed. We truly appreciated his kindness and attentiveness throughout our stay. Having two separate bedrooms was a huge advantage for our family. There was also a sofa bed for our daughter and a comfortable living room where we could relax, plan our days, and spend time together. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated during warmer days. What impressed us most was how incredibly well equipped the apartment was. The host had thought of absolutely everything: umbrellas, slippers, hair dryer, iron, drying rack, hangers, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponges, garbage bags, and many other useful items. −One thing to keep in mind is that accessing the apartment requires walking up a fairly steep hill and then going down a few steps. This may be challenging for some travelers, especially those with heavy luggage, strollers, or mobility issues. The apartment is not one of the units with large windows or a balcony. It feels more like a lower-ground-floor unit or annex rather than a typical apartment, although it is not a basement. There are a few small windows that provide natural light, but guests who are claustrophobic or who prefer bright, open spaces may want to choose one of the apartments with larger windows or a balcony instead. For us, however, this was not a problem at all. We stayed for 12 days, spent most of our time exploring Seoul, and usually returned late in the evening tired from our activities. The apartment was comfortable, quiet, and perfectly suited to our needs.

+It was a pleasure meeting Joe and his lovely golden retriever. He is a very nice and helpful person. The apartment was really spacious and had everything we needed. One bed was hard and another one was soft so both choices are covered, this is an excellent situation for thise who prefer a certain type of beds.

“Confortable stay, good host”
+The location was very happening type. Live during night. But property is so located. one can isolate themselves if do not wish to get disturbed.
