“A comfortable stay in a perfect location for exploring a beautiful city.”
+The location was excellent - very central, but also quiet. The street was attractive, very much in the Bath style. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with a fine view. The host was accessible and helpful.
−There were a lot of stairs to tackle - but we were warned about that, so not taken by surprise. Another very minor drawback was the layout of the twin room, which is a little awkward; the bed that was made up did not have access to a bedside light.

“Well equipped apartment in a good location in Bath.”
+The location was fabulous. The apartment was well lit with a couple of skylights. The kitchen was well equipped. It was up four flights of stairs, but that was told to me in advance. We didn't have any trouble with the stairs. The view was also nice.
−There was some construction next door, but that wasn't too noisy if you were up around 8am. There was a leak in the skylight during a massive rainstorm. I notified the owner and we chatted via What's App. He was responsive. The leak was not significant and it stopped by the next day.

“One of the best things about our trip to Bath was this gem of an apartment”
+The location is fantastic just a couple of steps from Putney Bridge. Also across the road from a gorgeous park. The beds were very comfortable and the flat is full of everything you’ll need for your stay including lots of information on things to do in Bath. Very quiet at night. The owners are very pleasant to deal with. Will definitely be back for a return visit.
−It is up quite a few steps but we were informed of this at booking so there were no surprises. It does get hot because it’s the top floor but there are fans available.

+The apartment was clean, warm and cosy. It’s centrally located. It’s very close to Royal Crescent and The Circus, as well as the Jane Austen Centre. It’s on the ground floor [I’m glad Dan was able to swap our accommodation as I had originally booked a flat on Henrietta St but it’s up a few flights of stairs, which I wouldn’t have managed]. There’s a designated parking space which is very handy. We really loved this apartment. It had everything we needed.
−I have mobility issues and the apartment is up a couple of steep roads but you can take the car into the centre of town if you’re not able to walk up the steep roads. There are no issues with the apartment itself.

“Long weekend in Bath”
+Excellent location. public transport nearby walking distance to all the sites as well as all the shops.. No trouble finding anywhere to eat.
