+Very nice cosy apartment. We only stayed one night, but is very well equipped for more nights (fridge, both washing machine and dishwasher) and very near to the area we wanted to visit in Sofia. A lot of parking nearby!
−Was a bit difficult communicating and getting the check in codes and the keys. But the next morning Martin was very kind and tried to make amends and apologized for the inconvenience. Would definitely give it another shot despite that!

+The apartment is in a great location, close to shops and the city center. It is warm, and the beds are very comfortable. The host is excellent,he responds quickly to messages and provided everything we needed upon our request.
−In our opinion, the apartment is quite nice, but it is not suitable for five people. Having only one combined bathroom (shower and toilet in one) for a group of this size is very inconvenient, and the kitchen is not well-equipped for cooking meals for five people.

+Amazing host, listen to your needs and tries to accommodate them. The location is perfect, 1 min to 3 coffee places and restaurants, 3 min from supermarket, 8 min from central metro station. The beds were very comfortable and nice kitchen.
−As other reviews said, hot water pressure was low in the shower.

+המיקום היה טוב בעל הדירה ניסה לעזור ככל יכולתו חדרים גדולים ומיטות נוחות
−הדירה ללא סלון, כתוב 90 מטר, אבל היא רחוקה מהגודל הזה, לא מתאימה למשפחה עם ילדים, במיוחד לאור התראות מפני רעשים שנשלחות כל ערב עם איום לפינוי וכנס. שירותים ומטבח מוזנחים.

+- Emplacement top, beaucoup de lieux accessibles à pied. - gestionnaire réactif : une lampe a grillé dans la SDB, elle a été changé rapidement - Les lits sont confortables, y compris le canapé convertible - une fois envoyée, la procédure de check in est claire et détaillée - la procédure préalable à l'arrivée - dont beaucoup parlent - est comme pour chaque location en Bulgarie. Il est nécessaire d'envoyer une copie des ID avant l'arrivée pour recevoir les instructions et codes
−Il y a à mon sens de petits problèmes (ménage pas nickel, équipements de cuisine trop légers...) qui peuvent être améliorés mais aussi plus importants : ainsi, s'il est rappelé plusieurs fois avant l'arrivée que le bruit est interdit le soir, un message est envoyé chaque soir à 22h ce que j'ai trouvé anxiogène. De même il est demandé de copier/signer un texte nous engageant à payer une amende en cas de non respect du règlement + accepter une expulsion immédiate et sans sommation - on comprend que cela sert à dissuader le bruit/les fêtes etc dans une résidence, mais pas sûre que ce soit légal...

−- El proceso de check in fue horrible! Recomendaría al anfitrión hacerlo más ágil y dejar hacerlo con antelación - También como algo a mejorar algún detalle como la limpieza o facilitar más enchufes o alargador sobre todo en las habitaciones. - mejorar algún pequeño detalle como colocar el lavavajillas (estaba lleno al llegar) mejorar algún roto y desperfecto, mejorar la limpieza

+Селф чек ин с очень простой инструкцией, хозяин -очень вежливый и дружелюбный, быстро и подробно отвечал на наши вопросы , расположение - прямо внизу напротив очень вкусное кафе с завтраками и потрясающим мороженым. Новые спальни с паркетом , очень много полотенец, теплые полы, 2 балкона , есть стиральная машина.
−все работало нормально , есть все необходимое на кухне . Мое личное мнение что Ванная комната требует ремонта или хотя бы душевую кабинку! С маленькими детьми было не очень удобно купаться со шлангом из стены .хотелось бы больше внимания обратить на чистоту ( паутина на стенах не делает их уютней) В целом соотношение цена качество достаточно выгодное 👌

+Лошата комуникация прави невъзможно правилното настаняване. Прилича повече на измама за печелене на пари от туристи.
