“Great Loft”
+Great location. Close to shops, restaurants and the Grand Place. We had 3 spacious double bedrooms. 2 ensuites in the bedrooms upstairs. The maintenance person came promptly to fix the broken toilet. The lift worked well to the 4th floor. Not too much street noise. Smart TV worked well and there was plenty of space for a family of 4. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Brussels.
−The sofa wasn't all that comfortable, but it did fit all of us. The beds were a bit too firm and the pillows were too soft (in our personal opinion). There's no microwave.

“Good place to stay”
+Nice, big and beautiful flat in the city center. Clean and comfortable. In front of a shopping center, parking and many stores. Close to the subway and bus stops. Walkable distance to the main touristic places.
−The coffee machine was broken. The kitchen lacked basic cooking supplies like salt, oil, and sugar. Noisy streets, with a lot of homeless people.

+there was 3 rooms in the house and this was good option.
−The house was not good because there was no curtain in the rooms, no air condition at the house, the wife was not working upstairs, coffee machine was not working, the bed sheets were not ironed, the area was not looked safe, and We have been told to checkin in at 16:00 and check out at 11:00 . But we were able to convince the owner after communicating by whatsapp that this is not normal an dit should be 15:00 and 12:00 and she/he accepted it. If you are doing a business with the house then you must provide comfort for your customers. A house without aircondition is not good.

+This loft is so lovely and sweet home away from home. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 extra toilet room. Its location is also very good. The only thing I would want to suggest to the owner is that the downstairs bedroom needs the curtains. It's too bright to sleep in that condition 😳

+L'emplacement est clairement l'atout, proche du métro et à 10-15 minutes à pied de la grand place
−Une chambre sans aucun rideau, store, volet ou autre occultant, à 400 euros la nuit... Propreté limite
