−Parking is tight so you end up a little walk away. A nuisance if you have big bags or shopping etc

“Lovely house, great location in a real community viallage”
+The location is perfect. Village centre, local bar nearby and some wonderful restaurants some within walking distance and others no more than a 10 minute drive Jacuzzi in garden a nice bonus The house had everything we could have needed 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a downstairs WC Wifi was spot on, A/C in all rooms (although we didn't use it as it was December) Joe's bar (50m from the property) is a great local bar and the food is really good and reasonably priced too. Made to feel very welcome Communication from the host was excellent.
−No private parking and the public car park in the village is very busy, however, we did not have a issue more than a couple of times when we had to park a little further away. There is space to park the car in the garden of the property and a remote to open the gate, but unless you have a small/very small car don't attempt it (I did (with a Skoda Kamiq) and it was OK to drive in ....getting out was a nightmare -hence we didn't try again). The description does say no on site parking

+The property is located in a small village on the south-west coast of Madeira. Is located near the public parking (the property has it’s own parking spot, but it will require some skills to reach it (the road is narrow, a Seat Ibiza barely made it without a any scratches). Everything else is perfect. The village is quiet and beautiful. You have Joe’s Bar close to this property and you can drink a poncha and have some bolo do caco😌 oh, btw, there a hot tub 😍😍
−The second room has some water damage, but that will probably get fixed asap.

“It was a very noce stay”
+Jardin do Mar it is a quiet and picturesque village. The accommodation is right in the center of the village. It is a house that is equipped with everything you could need for a stay. The staff is prompt when there are some problems. For example, the hair dryer broke, it was replaced the 2nd day. It is very clean and the kitchen is well equipped.
−If you have a bigger car, the parking lot in the yard is difficult to access, but there are parking spaces nearby. The house has a jacuzzi, but it is more difficult to heat the water. Be careful in the kitchen with food, because there are many ants.

+Die Lage mitten im idyllischen Ort Jardim do Mar, der kleine Hof mit einem Hot Tub, die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, sowie der Balkon mit Abendsonne.
−Obwohl das Haus noch relativ neu ist, gab es schon deutliche Abnutzungspuren (in den Bädern und an den Möbeln). Die Handtücher stanken, Dank der Waschmaschine konnten wir dieses Problem selbst lösen.
