+The overall charges and the properties amenities cannot add up. You are charged 200 dollars on top of the reservation amount for the stay it’s not worth it. The room is outdated the appliances are old and the overall amenities are lacking to say the least. Also, the elevator needs an Air conditioner. This should be a must in Florida. Also, there’s no room service or a cafe on the premises just vending machines? A small pool occupied the back and there’s no direct access to the beach. This place is a big no. I will never stay here ever again!

“Beautiful”
+We really enjoyed our stay and had prompt service for any problems we had like our air conditioning in the living room, the bedrooms stayed cool. Comfortable beds and great beach service with comfortable lounge chairs. The only difficult time was with the concierge woman who was rude and hurtful with her comments about me not having a significant other and not allowed to participate in the offers I was told prior to staying that I would receive.

“Great Small and Quiet Hotel”
+We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel on the beach. It's close to everything but far enough from SoBe to be quiet at night.
