“Happy stay in Oviedo”
+We loved the city Oviedo. Totally understand woody Allen’s view is j the town. The location of the Appartment is perfect: in the old town close to everything. Cute decorative rooms.
−We were happy with the parking spot but the key transfer and busy traffic around the parking area was not easy .

+Sol enjoys an excellent location overlooking the city’s main square. Host Javier welcomed us personally and provided a secure underground parking space just 200 metres from the apartment. This two‑bedroom flat is fully‑equipped, especially the washing machine which we needed most. There was an unexpected small incident at check‑out that caused inconvenience to the host, yet Javier resolved the issue promptly. It should be noted that the property is in a lively nightlife area, so it may not be suitable for guests who require absolute quiet to sleep.

“Fabulous”
+The apartment was absolutely magnificent, one of the very best we've ever stayed in. Location was perfect with a superb view. The apartment has great facilities and is beautifully decorated and we really appreciated the two electric fans as it was 40C outside! Car parking was really close by and Javier the owner was super helpful

“Amazing place to stay”
+We stayed at the Apartment Sol in the centre of Oviedo. Our host Javier, met us and showed us to the secure car park and then onto our apartment. WOW. The apartment was fantastic. Right in the centre and only a short walk to some amazing bars and restaurants. It was very modern and clean. The secure car parking was 10 euros a night but I would recommend it as we travelled on motorbikes. I would stay here again it was just a lovely place to stay.

+If we could give this apartment an 11 we would. It was beautifully decorated, extremely well equipped and the location was excellent. The hosts were friendly and helpful and the shower was fabulous!! Thank you for our lovely stay.

“Séjour très agréable dans un magnifique appartement au coeur du centre ville (bémol sur le bruit)”
+Très bel appartement en plein coeur du centre-ville, très bien décoré et équipé, avec une jolie vue sur la place centrale. Garage privé à proximité (10 euros la nuit), facile d'accès. Accueil très sympathique et chaleureux de la part de la personne qui nous a remis les clés et conduit au parking.
−L'appartement étant au coeur du centre-ville, plusieurs cafés y sont présents et ferment très tard. Le bruit des conversations est très fort, et jusque très tard dans la nuit (même après la fermeture des cafés, jusqu'à 3h-4h du matin). Nous y avons séjourné les jeudi et vendredi soir, et avions malheureusement omis d'avoir des boules quies pour la 1ère soirée. Cela pourrait être utile (vu le standing de l'appartement) qu'il y en ait quelques unes à disposition (pour ceux qui auraient oublié les leur), car le problème du bruit est connu de la part du loueur (et la police ne fait pas grand chose pour déloger les badauds ou personnes imbibées).

“El apartamento como la ciudad, una muy grata sorpresa”
+Debo decir que el apartamento superó las expectativas. Como huesped, uno tiene en ocasiones dudas en el caso de los apartamentos, porque con los hoteles se suele tener menos preocupaciones por los servicios adicionales, pero en este caso, el apartamento iba con la ciudad, una sorpresa muy grata. Con mi esposa Patricia, no conocíamos Oviedo y debo decir que nos encantó, porque es una ciudad que respira cultura, literatura y arte. Aparte que es muy familiar, por lo cual, esperamos volver en el futuro, si Dios lo permite. La ubicación del apartamento es perfecta, y se trata de un espacio con muchos detalles que enamoran, se ve que los propietarios tienen muy buen gusto en la vida, porque han pensado en todo para hacerle pasar una temporada muy agradable al visitante.
−Quizás lo único negativo, fueron los ruidos externos de unas personas, que no sabemos si eran locales o visitantes que al parecer estaban de fiesta o jolgorio, durante una noche, pero tampoco impidieron que pudiéramos descansar y es un tema externo al apartamento, que no necesariamente deba resultar frecuente. Así que en términos generales, la experiencia fue muy buena.
