“A charming comfortable stay”
+The accommodation is exactly as it appears in the pictures. It is a lovely clean comfortable apartment very tastefully decorated provided with everything you need. The bathroom is spacious enough, very clean with a pleasant floral smell. The location is good, a 10 minute walk from the centre through a nice park, a downhill street and a little street uphill. If you come by plane you can take bus no 1 from the airport which leaves you in the center opposite the Archaeological Museum. The instructions are very clear if you pay attention. The host will give you the code at 14::00 on the arrival day. The lockbox is on the right wall at the entrance as shown in the picture you will be sent. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and Sofita Center is written on the door. If it gets warm the AC cools the entire apartment in a matter of minutes. There is also a balcony with a view to the gardens. Everything was lovely. Thank you for a delightful stay. I would surely come back.

+Clean and close enough to the airport.
−Instructions to enter the apartment were not clear. The apartment number needs to be communicated ahead of time or indicated in the checkin instructions

+Clean, comfortable, everything as described
−Property messages and responses delayed. I had to request information on how to check in

“Very good”
+It has all the amenities that a person needs. The whole apartment was well stocked
−The check in process needs to be improved. Apartment is on the third floor (there is an elevator) but this was not communicated when I asked for specific check in instructions. Once you get to the 3rd floor there is a sign on the door (this was also not communicated) It gets really warm in the upper loft even with the AC on.

“A lovely apartment”
+A lovely apartment, clean and well presented. (A minor note for future travel-weary folk - the lockbox is on the far right of the door and carpark ;)

“Good stay”
+The apartment is decent and practical, 12 minutes walking from the main bus station. The owner was kind and attentive to details.
−The apartment doesn't really look like in the pictures. The AC is leaking on the floor on the balcony, the view from the balcony is not nice. Due to the inclination of the street is quite difficult to walk 12 minutes to the apartment. If you stay one night, wouldn't be an issue.

“Very comfortable apartment that made our stay in Heraklion even more pleasant.”
+Very cute and clean apartment at a very good location, close to the city center and the main bus station. The apartment had all amenities that you need, and more. in addition, the owner was very prompt to respond to all our questions and inquirers.
−Not that big of deal, but the shower cabin door had a small unsealed space underneath which allowed water to flow outside in the floor.
