“Amazing location but the apartment needs to be deep cleaned and ready for the next stay.”
+Central location
−The apartment badly needs a deep clean. There was other peoples food in the freezer, pubic hair all over the sofa bed, dodgy stains all over it, the showers badly need a scrub with bleach and there is a damp smell about the place. The air con isn’t strong so can’t cope with 37 degree temperatures that was outside.

+Loved the location. Walkable to Duomo but in a nice residential area which means great restaurants that are better value for money as they have to try harder. We actually decided to come back to this area every night for dinner. There are some incredible restaurants and bars within minutes of us all to the apartment. Spacious property for the 3 of us. Nice to have not only a second bedroom but also a second bathroom. They are so responsive to our messages too. I think we will come back to again.
−Nothing.

“Sofisticated, yes!”
+Nicely located property, with grocery stores, a restaurant, and a great bakery nearby. There is an elevator up to the floor of the apartment, wonderful! The property had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, exactly what we needed. Really nice to have a washing machine. Kitchen with all the needed utensils. There was a dishwasher with dishwashing pods available. The staff was very helpful and responsive. But it was confusing because we would get a message back that their office was only open during the daytime, so when we needed help at night we didn’t email them. But it turned out that they were there and would respond.
−We felt like the property was too sophisticated for us! Everything was like a puzzle, even finding the utensils in the kitchen, finding the drawer they were in. There were no instructions in English, so we had difficulty figuring out how to use the ventilatore (fan) and the washing machine. The apartment was pitch black when we arrived, so it would’ve been helpful to be told beforehand that the button to the left of the door would open the shutters. All of the light switches had a delay so at first we thought they weren’t working, and we couldn’t see. There was no sponge provided (only a brush) and no dish towels or paper towels. It would’ve made things easier for quick cleanups. Also no detergent for the washing machine. Usually at least those minimums are provided. The hot water pot had a British plug and would not plug into the wall. We found out later from the staff that there was only one adapter in the apartment, and it was on the hairdryer.

+Spacious, excellent location
−The street was a bit noisy during the night, but that is to be expected considering the central location.
