+The apartment was very clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The host welcomed us personally at the apartment and was very friendly and helpful. There was everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The parking was free during the weekend.
−The apartment is a little farther from the city center but it is easily accessible by public transport.

“Very nice and comfortable apartment in Brno”
+The location of the place is very good - a bit far from the Brno center for walking, but with good options for public transport. Equipment and apliances are new and enough. Cleanliness is perfect. The communication with the host was a bit difficult from technical point of view, but in the end everything was settled with his help. Tough the description says "Street paid parking", the host makes efforts to secure a free street parking for guests.
−The temperature inside was too high. Yes, the days we stayed were records-breaking-hot and as I knew the installing of an A/C is not allowed by the authorities, but providing of at least one more fan would make the guests' life much easier during such periods. Also kind of a hook, holding the shower, would be of great help.

+Klidná lokalita, kousek na MHD.
−Doplnila bych odpadkový koš do koupelny, na wc mýdlo a ručník. Ale to jsou jen maličkosti...

+1. Местоположението. 2.
