“Great place”
+Very well done and comfortable.
−Both bedroom doors are catching on the ground and are hard to open(more inconvenient than you might think) especially at night time. There is no coffee machine and you have to rely on a mokka which is not great. We were unlucky that we visited during Oct where there was non central heating turned on yet by the regional company(this is a governmental institution nothing to do with the property). We had to borrow heaters as it was 15C in the location. All of there things are minor things that were easily solvable but good to see what can be fixed for the maximum rating next time

“Pros: Good location, beautiful apartment. Cons: cold and raw, dirty towels, over perfumed linen”
−The apartment had no heating and was thus really cold and humid. Uncomfortable! We asked for a heating element but did not get one. The towels where not clean. Some of them stunk of cigarettes. The beddings smelled so bad of detergents with perfume that one of us got a headache. We got new linen, but we’re just as drenched in perfume so they did not help.

“Perfectly designed accommodation in a great location”
+The apartment is one of the nicest I have ever stayed in. The atmosphere in it is like a movie set, every detail is very neatly arranged, everything is very well thought out. Excellent layout of the rooms, each one is big enough and comfortable to stay in. Particularly interesting is the soundproofing, which has obviously been deliberately worked on and is perfectly integrated into the interior. I congratulate Dobromir from the bottom of my heart. We have enjoyed it.
−I think an apartment like this should have a small coffee machine. Otherwise it is very well equipped. Therefore, I have no objection, this is just a suggestion. :)

+Location is perfect, the apartment is clean, nice decor, big bedrooms, comfortable beds
−The apartment is managed by a company. Communication is complex. Through booking emails. Keys await you in a box outside the building. The TV didn’t work, no provider. They didn’t even know. Didn’t make any effort to fix it. No personal touch. One bathroom, very small.

+The location is unbeatable - it's full of bakeries, cafes, bars and restaurants and close to the best sights in Sofia, while still quiet. You also have a Bila supermarket, a big organic store, a pharmacy and a DM drug store just around the corner. The metro station is 8 minutes away. The apartment is renovated and tastefully decorated and the kitchen has the basic utensils one needs.Check-in is easy with a key box.
−The bedroom doors need to be fixed - they make a loud noise when being closed/opened (and cannot be opened all the way), which is an issue if you are with kids. The owner was informed. We also had some issues with the cleanliness but the owner was very responsive.
