“Cosy flat in Tripiti”
+It’s a very comfortable apartment in a great location with all amenities you could need. The terrace is nice and there is always a friendly cat there! Also we were able to park in a garage just opposite the house. We also arrived at the port at 19:00 and very much appreciated the agency giving us a lift to the flat.
−The only bad thing was that it is expensive for what it is, however it seems that the whole of Milos is expensive for accommodation, so in comparison to other places in the island this is quite a good deal.

“Fancy Grandma's House”
+Good location, good private parking (garage), good washing machine, spacious apartment, AC worked very well. Great bathroom. Bottle of wine offered upon arrival
−Its like visiting grandma's house but paying much more. The apartment was very nice and spacious but with an old style, nothing fancy... except for the new bathroom which was very nice. But all in all I think if you visit an island like Milos the prices should be a little cheaper, I paid more here than Miami beach. One bottle of wine was gifted to us upon arrival but the 4 packets of toasted bread were all expired. Also the apartment was cleaned once while there which was a nice surprise but nobody told us WHEN the cleaner was going to come, which we did not like (stuff/money laying around). And I could not leave the keys in the apartment but had to bring them to an entire different town... WTF???

“Great location in a beautiful little town but also only a short 10 min walk to Plaka. Don’t miss out on this place!”
+Amazing place, amazing experience and the best value for your money! Such a lovely apartment with so many things included. The kitchen is fantastic, we cooked our meals every night. There is even a small little washer with detergent provided which was so nice after travelling for 2 weeks. The owners were very nice and pleasant to deal with.

+gorgeous location, very friendly people. Only 15 minute walk to Plaka, the closest restaurants had some of the best food I've ever had! amazing views as well.
−the beds were not the best, one of us had to sleep on the sofa so we could get some decent sleep. Other than that, amazing lovely property. Shower was great :)

“This was a perfect first time stay on Milos. We recommend.”
+Exactly as advertised. Small / cost but well organized. In a quaint old part of town very close to a Plaka lots to see eat and so there and there are a lot of beaches 10-20mins by car. A car is needed and parking is provided. The AB grocery - said to be the best on Milos is 5 mins by car. Port is 10min. From your balcony you can watch the stars and the life pass by. Very fast support from the team.
−Access to the property is on narrow roads with a 1 -way system so not super convenient. We had a problem with ants on day 1. The staff was super helpful but you have to spray and be vigilant. They provided Tupperware so cereals etc could be sealed off or else. Once we were aware all was good.

“Nice accommodation and bad host”
+We liked the location, 20 minute walk to Plaka, the local restaurants and sunset view. We enjoyed having the balcony and washing machine and line to dry our clothing. The apartment was a good size also and it had air con.
−The host: the check in instructions weren't accurate (is said to meet the host at Riva travel for check-in and transfer, we stood outside for half an hour, no sign of the host, I phoned him and he said "go inside" and hung up on me). It turns out you collect the key from the staff in Riva travel, they then call a taxi for you. We asked for a transfer to be arranged back to the port, the host confirmed he had organised this for us, the taxi didn't show, I contacted the host who told us to wait 10 mins. The taxi arrived 35 mins later than we asked to be picked up and the driver confirmed he was only asked to collect us 5 mins before he turned up to get us. Really poor customer service and response from the host in general. The shower doesn't drain, meaning the bathroom floods each time you shower. The bed is so noisy, it wakes you each time you turn over.

“Nice location in small town”
+- Great Location in a beautiful town - Well equipped apartment
−- No hot water (only warm) - bad smell from sink in bathroom Unfortunately both problems weren’t solved during our short stay. Given those problems and at the same time a very high price, we could not enjoy the full value of the apartment.
