+Really nice apartment with great terrace and garden. In a quiet environment but on the other hand near Kobarid town and Kozjek waterfall. It has all facilities that you need. We will come back. 😀

“Peaceful location with lots of room”
+The location is very peaceful with nice views from the patio. The apartment is spacious and the host was super responsive.
−Minor, but a few extra towels and pillows would be nice.

“Lovely stay!”
+Location was perfect, walking distance from Kobarid and Kozjak Waterfall which is a must. We had both apartments for ourselves which was a plus. There's plenty of parking space, beautiful garden, fully equipped kitchen and BBQ. Host was always helpful and responsive.
−Could have been cleaner.

“Great stay in the Soca Valley!”
+In a very beautiful ‘rural’ spot near Kobarid, the guest house is wonderfully designed and the lovely property is very attractive and well-maintained. The home’s secluded location gives a sense of being truly ‘away from it all’ despite being only five minutes from Kobarid. Our three-bedroom/two-bath suite was great for our party of six. Price was very reasonable. Proprietor was very responsive, helpful and accommodating. Wish we could have stayed for more than one night!
−Really no issues. There was some challenge getting the heat to work on an unusually cool May evening, but every possible effort was made to fix it as quickly as possible.

“Zeer aangenaam verblijf nabij Socarivier!!”
+Het huis bevindt zich op heuvel, volledige rust en toch op wandelafstand van de winkel, Soca rivier en natuurwandelingen. Alles wat je nodig hebt, is aanwezig, inclusief goeie airco, tuinmeubilair, keukenbenodigdheden, wat basisingrediënten alsook in de twee badkamers vind je al het nodige, inclusief toiletpapier, douchegel, handdoeken, (vaat-) en wasprodukt... We verbleven in het gelijkvloers appartement. We hoorden niks van de bovenburen.
−Eigenlijk niks viel tegen. We hadden het geluk van superzonnig weer te hebben (35+ graden) en daarmee zou een zwembad wel leuk geweest zijn in de mooie, grote tuin.

+Apartmán je prostorný, k dispozici všechny možné čisticí věci, kapsle do myčky, baterie, nářadí, společenské hry, prostě všechno, co můžete i nemůžete při pobytu potřebovat. Nábytek starší, ale funkční. Velká terasa s kouzelným výhledem, obrovská zahrada, dům mimo civilizaci, ticho, klid.
−Je potřeba se připravit, že k domu je úzká a opravdu velmi příkrá příjezdová cesta, se kterou má auto co dělat.

+Prostorné ubytování s velkou terasou s krásným výhledem a zároveň zahradou kousek od Kobaridu, ale stále v docházkové vzdálenosti do supermarketu Planica a následně i restaurací přímo v obci. Pár set metrů z kopce od možnosti koupání v řece Soča i zajímavých tras na výlety. V případě obsazení obou apartmánů najednou budete mít totální soukromí!
−Při obsazení více lidmi jen malá lednice na takto velký apartmán a počet lůžek (vestavná v lince s výškou jako myčka).

−Wszędobylski brud, pomijając gust gospodarza dom jest brudny, źle wyposażony w artykuły pierwszej potrzeby, łazienki okrutnie brudne, toalety niemyte od lat, obiekt ogólnie mocno zaniedbany. Potrzebny generalny remont. Gospodarz zarządza obiektem z perspektywy kilku tysięcy kilometrów . Slaby kontakt z gospodarzem. Osobiście odebralibyśmy licencję na najem.
