10.0“Had a lovely time in Weymouth and loved staying here. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here.”
+Excellent location, very well equipped characterful cottage. A very comfortable and cosy home from home.
−Difficult to find any faults, only issue we had was with the windows, when it rained heavily and water became trapped between the secondary glazing.

8.0“Great location. Parking a headache. Stairs risky.”
+The location for walking in to Weymouth and exploring the town and beach was excellent.
−Parking and staircase. You can’t park close to the property so unloading / loading is quite a hike and hardwork. The stairs are scarily steep and difficult to negotiate.

8.0“Lovely snuggly Snuggles”
+Lovely clean well presented cottage with everything you need for a short break, the stairs were a little tricky but we enjoyed the challenge. Would stay there again and recommend it.
−Tricky stairs but its an old property.

7.0“Very Charming, a little Challenging”
+A charming little house with interesting features in a perfect location, 5 minutes walk to the harbour and 10-15 mins to the sea front. It is also only about 15 mins walk from the train station. It is tucked away so away from crowds and pretty quiet. The welcome basket and fresh milk was a nice gesture. Quirky, and perfect for those who enjoy something a bit different.
−The house is quite small, and we did struggle with the very steep and narrow two storey staircase as we have reduced mobility, but it would be perfect for more able bodied people and children would love the challenge (my son was delighted to be on the top floor)! It would help potential customers if the access to the first and second floors could be more clearly explained in on the website.

9.0“Lovely little property, a stones throw from the harbour...sad to leave :(”
+The location is excellent, just outside of town, so peaceful, yet a short walk to the hustle and bustle of the harbour and town. The beach is around a 10 minute walk. I loved the freedom of being able to park at the nearby Asda store, peace of mind that the car is reasonably secure, and we could come and go as we please. The property owners are really informative & we very much appreciated the welcome food/drink hamper on arrival. The property is small, but adequate for 3 adults or a small family. Bed linen and lovely soft towels were provided.
−No real complaints, just a few little niggles. The living room smelt a little bit doggy, but as it's a property that allows pets, then I assume it is hard to get rid of that. If you have mobility issues, beware of the stairs, they are very narrow and steep, but there are plenty of handles to grab on to , and remember to mind your head, as the ceiling is a little low.

10.0“Charming cottage you won’t be disappointed. Clean. Comfortable and stylish soft furnishings. Great master bedroom. Great”
+Would thoroughly recommend. A charming and well positioned in the delightful Love Lane.
−The decor was very cute, with wall art and pirate theme. Big master bedroom at the top with a great view of Weymouth, decent bathroom and lovely welcome basket of goodies in the kitchen. Nice touch.

−I struggled with the spiral staircase at times but that's all.

10.0“A real little gem”
+Location was fantastic. So close to town and everything you would need. Great kitted out house and kitchen to use as a base for exploring. Clean throughout and quirky little details that made it feel homely. Our host was incredibly thoughtful and made our weekend feel like a great little escape!
−Not that we didn't like it but the stair cases were hard to navigate with small children. Ours were older but anyone under 3 needs to be supervised when ascending or descending the stairs.

−Nothing really although steps and stairs might be a problem for those with mobility issues.
