“Tiny but great location”
+Location...amazing!! Kitchen supplies if you want a small snack are great. Cutlery, microwave l, mini refrigerator..all there!
−Because there was no curtain or separation from the shower to the toilet, the toilet seat gets wet during every shower. There happened to be a heatwave during our stay so without a.c.. it was a little warm but I would gladly stay again since the location was perfect

“Worst place, health hazard!”
+The location is acceptable
−The air was unbreadable due to the smell of mold and moisture. The room was very cold, in some parts, bathroom and near the door, the ceiling was just a plastic board. The bathroom was heated by an infrared lamp which melted the plastic ceiling just above it. The door was metal, with metal mesh over which they glued glass. The door is extremely narrow and you can not enter without squeezing. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress was very saggy and old. The blanket did not have a duvet cover, they simply put two sheets one bellow and one on top. The sheets were itchy and had a very old feel. The boiler was very small and two persons could not take a shower without waiting for the water to heat. The room was very cold and they provided a small electric heater with no chance of heating the room to a normal temperature. The only window, very old, lead to the interior place where garbage bins were kept - so no chance of getting fresh air. This is not an apartment, not a studio, it was a storage room in which they put a bed. +Very friendly and smooth communication with the host via messages. The self check-in process went effortlessly. The studio matched the photos and our expectations perfectly. Ideal for two people who don’t need much space and want to stay in the city center.
−The only downside for us was the bed. The bed was worn out and we kept rolling together into the middle.

“Posto comodo e centrale ma caldo”
+La struttura è in una zona ottima e il piano terra è comodo per non dover fare scale. Era ben fornita di posate e utensili
−Il problema principale è la mancanza di aria condizionata. Anche con il ventilatore e la finestra aperta non è possibile ottenere una temperatura adatta a una buona qualità del sonno e questo per me è un enorme problema. In una città tanto calda che vive un tale turismo estivo mi sembra poco normale, comunque non inficia troppo la mia valutazione fino a dare un voto negativo in quanto è errore mio non averlo letto nell’annuncio.

“HONGOS”
+El peor alojamiento, todo súper sucio, CON HONGOS Y HUMEDAD. Imposible dormir en este sitio hacia más calor dentro que fuera, la limpieza brilla por su ausencia… el ventilador en viejo y solo mueve el polvo y mal olor que hay dentro (cañería y humedad) nada recomendable no vayáis a este sitio. Yo tuve que buscar otro alojamiento por que aquí es antihigiénico estar. Pedí al establecimiento un cambio o devolución por las malas condiciones del sitio. Obviamente no dieron ninguna ayuda al problema y perdí el dinero

+J'ai voyagé avec ma fille de 11 ans. L'appartement était idéal pour nous deux. Même avec la canicule nous n'avons pas eu trop chaud. Il y a toute les commodités dans ce petit espace et il est très beau. Nous recommandons surtout pour cet emplacement idéal.
−La seule fenêtre donnant sur une cour les lumières étaient qu'artificielles. Étant donné la canicule c'était très bien à un autre moment de l'année, j'aurais pu être gênée.

“Bien ubicado pero nada más”

−Nada más entrar te llega un olor a humedad increíble, además de que lo único que refresca la habitación es un ventilador que apunta al pasillo en vez de a la cama. Además, al reservar no nos dimos cuenta de que la ducha es el baño en si, así que fijaros bien en las fotos!!!
