“The most disgusting place you can ever book in booking”
−The apartments was super dirty the Sheets Were dirtied pillows was dirty in the sofa I saw that the sheet had semen stain that's kinda actually fresh the toilet was super dirty that there was like paper towels in the four and in the trash can the sink had like some plastic stuff that meant to be washed but it was left there the light is not working in the bathroom the kitchen doesn't have any sink the owner didn't provide any towels access to this apartment was very confusing but most important thing is that it's very dirty that I actually found a breadcrumbs on the bed and there was spilled drink next to the bed next to the window and was not even cleaned the pillow smelled like a very old stains of sweat and definitely no sheets cleaned it was used definitely used plenty of times that the white she tells like some grey circles stains and the pillows had like yellow stains even in the sofa it was having like plenty of stains and semen stain on the sofa was very disgusting I had to leave the apartment even though that I booked the apartment earlier the day before and the check-in says like until 5 and I came there to the address that was provided but the others was super wrong but

“Prime location, but unacceptable smoke smell”
+1 Excellent city center location, yet quiet at night. Supermarket downstairs 2 Small kitchen with pot, suitable for simple cooking 3 Cozy layout, fast and stable Wifi 4 The cleaness is OK, and there is toilet and kitchen paper.
−1. Heavy smoke smell: Listed as "non-smoking," but smelled heavily of cigarettes. I know it's maybe not the host's fault, but it was totally uncomfortable for me. And it should not be the guest's work to air it out 5+hours. And my belongings still get smelly after sleeping for one night. 2. No info before arrival and no reply via Booking: I messaged via Booking at 10:00 and 15:00 on the arrival day with no reply and had to use WhatsApp. The host is friendly, but Self check-in Instructions were sent bit by bit, and poor signal inside the building made it even worse. It took me at last 30 mins to get in. Please state if you don't use Booking chat and It would be much better if the self check-in instructions could be sent earlier. The above two points are things that are totally unexpected among all the rooms I had on booking. Additionally, although the bathroom is tiny and no towels or body wash (only empty bottles), the matress is hard, this was showed on the description or in other comments, so I was prepared.

+We found this apartment very fine and good value for money. The bed is comfortable and bedsheets clean, contrary to what some previous visitors wrote. It's small, yes, but good for the location in the very centre of Belgrade.

“Minúsculo y tenebroso”
+Situado prácticamente en la Plaza de la República, pleno centro de Belgrado. Aunque no hay acceso directo al aeropuerto desde esa plaza, el bus para a una media hora andando.
−Es minúsculo, pensé que para una noche no estaba mal porque por ese precio, pero apenas pude dormir porque los vecinos fueron muy ruidosos. El edificio no genera sentimiento de seguridad, bastante tenebroso. Pensé que sería una estafa porque nadie me mandó instrucciones de acceso, no las recibí hasta que escribí al WhatsApp de la chica que lo gestiona la misma mañana que llegué. Por suerte respondió más o menos rápido.

+Всё было великолепно! Чистая, уютная студия, расположенная в самом центре Белграда. Дружелюбная хозяйка, всегда готовая прийти на помощь. Нам очень понравилось, приедем ещё!
−Один раз были сложности с открыванием и закрыванием общей двери на балкон, но это такие мелочи по сравнению с тем, какое удовлльствие мы получили от проживания в этой студии!

“На одну ночь очень хорошое предложение по такой цене.”
+Великолепное расположение. Менеджер проявила дружелюбие и участие в решении возникших проблем. Постельное белье было чистое и очень тактильно-приятное. Был даже молотый кофе и сахар. Удобная душевая кабина с хорошим напором воды. Есть кондиционер.
−Лифт не работал. Неожиданным сюрпризом был балкон - общий со множеством других соседей 4 этажа. При этом других окон в комнате нет. Не было туалетной бумаги, на всякий случай оставили остатки своей для следующих гостей)
