“Good Grief”
−The drafts, cold, water coming through the ceiling, spiders, location, mold,wear and tear on the fabric of the caravan.

“Good price and ideal location for a one night accomodation before catching ferry”
+The location was perfect for us as staying over before catching a ferry early next morning. Accomodation was basic but clean and very comfortable

“Great location, old facilities that need binned.”
+The location was great right at the pier. The television had good signal which is often lacking on islands. I slept relatively well considering the rest of the feedback.
−The caravan was freezing - I would have expected it to be cold but the windows were draughty, the skylights were held on with silicone and had obvious damp damage. The bathroom floor was soggy/old/falling apart and when sitting on the toilet it felt like it was going to go through the floor. The WiFi wasn't working and on my second morning the hot water didn't work. The fire alarm was running out of batteries so on the second night there was a regular beep disturbing the peace. The caravan must have surpassed its usable life expectancy.

+Check-in was super easy and completely contactless, which made everything smooth and hassle-free. The room is a bit small, but it was just nice and comfortable for the three of us. Cooking utensils were complete, so we could prepare our own meals without any issue , very convenient! Despite the cold weather outside, the room stayed warm and cozy. Everything was good overall, and having parking right in front of the unit was a big plus. Highly recommended for a simple and comfortable stay!
