“This booking apartment must be closed immediately because of the bugs!”
+I canceled my stay because there were bugs and sheets with hols, not cleaned and smell in the apartment. Moreover I am waiting for the reimbursement, asked twice when I get my money back. So far no answer.
−The smell, the bugs in the bed, not cleaned kitchen and bathroom

“DO NOT BOOK, NIGHTMARE!”
+The only thing I liked was the terrace.
−My experience at Sky Loft was nothing short of a nightmare. I paid 447 BGN for four nights, expecting a decent stay, but what I got was a rundown studio that was far from acceptable. The place was incredibly small and outdated, with scraped chairs and peeling paint on the walls. Cleanliness was a major issue; it felt like the place hadn’t been properly cleaned in ages. To make matters worse, I was greeted with a broken AC unit that spewed black particles and was extremely loud. The musty smell of mold and dampness was overwhelming. I was exhausted after a long journey and, after speaking with the host's assistant, I reluctantly decided to stay, hoping they would fix the issues. Unfortunately, the problems only continued. The TV didn’t work, and the toilet wouldn’t flush. It took 48 hours for the crew to show up and address some of the issues, but they only managed to fix the AC and TV, while the toilet remained unfixed. Lyudmil Todorov (host's assistant, or at least that's how he presented himself to me) suggested that I should receive a refund due to the numerous issues I faced. However, after my stay, they refused to offer any partial discount because I didn’t request a refund on

“Good choice for short city breaks or business trips”
+Location: close to office, and still good connection to city center, close to shopping Mall, nicely furnished, spacious terrace with seeting.
−Curtains could not be closed properly so early in the morning and the sunlight disturbed the sleep. Common are of the building could be improved an perhaps check the drain in the bath.
