+Each bedroom had it own HVAC, and bath. Nice common area. Simon was very responsive to any time we needed anything or had a question.
−Did not have a place to leave our luggage for a few hours before we left Rome. But Simon did tell us about a place to leave luggage but it was expensive for the 6 of us.

“Great East of Tiber Option”
+14 minute walk to the Colosseum. 27 minute walk to Trevi Fountain. 3 minute walk to the Metra, which made getting to the Vatican super easy. Nice coffee pods available, and a bottle of Chianti as a welcome gift! Good bedrooms, and THREE bathrooms! Simone the host was amazing, and he was super helpful.
−Shower water lost heat very quickly, but that's normal for many places in Europe. Just can't take an American shower.

“Great place and location for visiting Rome”
+You can walk easily to the Colosseum and a metrostation is around the corner, as well as shops, restaurants, bakery and supermarket. The apartment itself has enough space and each room has a bathroom.

“Exceptional”
+The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, 15-20 mins from Termini station and ~20 minutes walk from the Colosseum. So, it was away from the crowds but still close enough to easily reach all the attractions by foot or public transport (there are bus, tram and metro stations next to the apartment so, that makes it very easy to get anywhere). Simone was super helpful, quick to answer any questions, offer advice and also checked in with us during our stay to see if we needed anything. We couldn't have asked for a better host. We loved our stay and recommend the apartment!

+I loved how it was supporting people who want to visit Rome. They have umbrellas if it rais, you dont expect rain in Rome. They have luguage scale which is super useful if you plan to buy things and wonder if it fits. The beds are comfortable. Higly recomended place if you plan to sightsee.

“Amazing city-break in lovely apartments:)”
+The apartments are great. Location is close to Metro/Termini/Colloseum. There was everything we needed in the apartments, except a "shoe spoon", but maybe we just didnt find it:)

“Best place to stay in Rome”
+The location of the apartment is amazing. It is very close to a subway station and you can walk for ten minutes straight to the Colosseum. The host (Simone) was very helpful, kind and caring. The apartment was fully equipped, it had everything, it even had umbrellas (which was perfect for our group because we usually travel light). Our stay in this place was totally perfect. I would recommend it to everyone. We are very grateful for this experience!
−I cannot think of anything that we didn’t like , the place and the host were absolutely perfect.
