+I have been a returning guest to Simbalina 7 for the last 5 years. It's beautiful comfortable and right on the beach. Close to restaurants and malls.
−This time the place had a lot of small cockroaches never had that issue before. They changed the dining area and lounge to the opposite way around which we do not like. Sun hits directly on the Television so u have to have curtains closed. Before we were able to sit on the lounge and view the ocean , now you can't as you have to sit facing away from the ocean. This was one of the place highlights. I will recommend changing that back to the way it always was. But in saying this we will definitely continue visiting Simbalina 7 as we have loads of beautiful memories..

+The most beautiful sea views one could ask for, waking up to the sound of the waves and just being able to sit and watch the ocean from the patio and balcony is beyond words. Having everything possible one could have for a self catering place. Also the agent just being a message away and responding to queries on time in a friendly manner. I would definitely book again
−maintenance of the kitchen cupboards, braai area and perhaps a new outdoor patio set.

“Simbalina Unit 7”
+The view of beach. The easy accessibility to the beach. Rooms were neat and meet expectations. Kitchen was well stocked for a getaway unit. I would suggest the owners install air-conditioning and Dishwasher. Great to have a washing machine and dryer available as we traveled with a 3month baby.
−Poor maintenance. Stoves and oven were not properly cleaned. Dusty bedding. The unit seemed to have a crockroach infestation. Braai facilities were not cleaned properly.

“Excellent, safe and secure and great for kids.”
+Loved the kid friendly location with the grass and right by the beach. The staff were incredibly helpful with all requests! We loved the stay
−The stairs are the only thing not great for the kids. The floor gets dirty very easily so a vacuum in the house would’ve been perfect. A few cockroaches as well but nothing serious.
