“Great suite, but make sure you have your phone on you at all times.”
+The suite was lovely and the hot tub is stunning. The hosts are not present at the apartment, but they are helpful via WhatsApp. I give the score 8/10 for one thing. My only issue I had was entering the apartment. It is done remotely using a link on a app as there are no hosts on site. This isnt the host's fault but, on my first night in Rome, my phone was robbed from me and the apartment access relies heavily on the internet connection with your mobile. On the first night I couldn't enter the building and I had no way to contact the host without a phone. I had to wait on the streets till the morning, to wait for someone else to let me in the building. Just be mindful to keep your phone on you at all times. Especially if you are travelling solo. Or you'll have issues getting in.
−Access using a phone app. I understand that we all use smart phones and it is convenient. But maybe supply a spare set of keys just in case you have no mobile connection or phone power dies. Getting in the apartment at night with no one present and no phone is a pain.

“Romantic Suite. Wife and I LOVED it”
+We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome. The apartment itself was superb , clean, comfortable, cool and very well located. It is close to everything central, just a very short walk from the station, and situated in a great part of town, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. Overall, we had an amazing time and would not hesitate to book again when we are next back in Rome.

+Ubicación estuvo excelente me gustó mucho la zona cerca del metro al apartamento estaba limpio lo único que no nos costó mucho fue que la cama no es nada cómoda del resto todo bien

“La ubicacion perfecta”
+La ubicacion es perfecta cerca de autobuses,metro y tren,muy centrico
−La opción de llave con el movil,funciona un poco lento,aparte el coñazo de abrir la puerta de la calle y la puerta del apatamento con el movil,si pierdes el movil o no tienes coberturas,es tu perdición. Vale que te da un codico,pero a mi no me funciono Cada vez que salia del apartamento,y despues al volver era un calvario por el miedo si funcionava o no el enlace y el movil para habrir ambas puertas la de la calle y la del apartamento. Otra cosa nada mas llegar ya por la noche y de estar todo el dia viendo cosas no funcionaba el agua caliente,claro pues para poder comunicarte con el dueño mediante wasapp,en ningun momento fue presencial. Creo que es de sentido comum llegar a un apartamento que has reservado y pagado y funcione todo bien.

+J ai aimé l'emplacement. La facilité d'accessibilité aux logements (application, code etc..)
−La vétusté du logement, le manque de clarté de la pièce, l'humidité du logement. L'équipement très limité en général.
