+Everything was lovely: located right acros the street from main bus stops, near old Town & farmers market; very prompt communication with the owners; clean; welcome gift; spacious & with plenty of light; you can see the sunrise from the window!

“Great stay in heart of Funchal”
+Comfortable apartment equipped with everything needed for a week of vacation. It’s comfortable and has a great view. Ocean waves can be heard during the night very well. And location is great, there are tourist attractions, supermarkets and shops, restaurants and bars in walking distance, a lot of public transport too. Hope to be back again!

+Perfect place to live for a week time and longer, too. It's clean, very well furnished, there's everything you need to live like at home. Great central location. Bus stops, cabin cars, restaurants & bars, shops, museums, castle, quintas at walking distance. All the hosts are great and helpful. They are available and responsive, they lead you whenever you have a question. Some local products on the table were a very nice surprise at our arrival. Many thanks to Carlos, Rogėrio, Teresa and Mariela😊. Amazing views. Everything was as pictured. Highly recommended:)

+Wspaniałe położenie: Ocean znajduje się dosłownie po drugiej stronie ulicy, co jest ogromnym atutem i idealną bazą wypadową na wieczorne spacery. Bliskość infrastruktury: Bardzo blisko do centrum i lokalnych sklepów, co znacznie ułatwia codzienne zakupy i organizację czasu. Winda w budynku: Mieszkanie znajduje się na 5. piętrze, więc działająca winda to absolutne zbawienie i wielkie udogodnienie dla osób z ciężkimi walizkami.
−Wilgoć: Największym minusem była spora wilgoć w mieszkaniu. Niestety, mimo włączonej klimatyzacji, rzeczy i ręczniki zupełnie nie schły. Niedociągnięcia w kuchni: Brakowało mi porządnego, ostrego noża uniwersalnego. Te dostępne na miejscu były na tyle tępe, że przygotowywanie posiłków bardziej męczyło, niż sprawiało przyjemność. Słabym pomysłem są też dwa małe korytka na ścianie zamiast standardowej suszarki na naczynia - jest to po prostu niepraktyczne. Ilość kawy: W kuchni znajduje się ekspres na kapsułki, co jest plusem, ale zostawienie zaledwie 3 kapsułek dla dwóch osób na cały pobyt wypada dość słabo. Tracenie czasu na urlopie, żeby biegać po mieście i szukać w sklepach pasujących kapsułek na poranną kawę, to niepotrzebny kłopot. Warto byłoby zostawić gościom nieco większy zapas.

+何より部屋からの素晴らしい眺め、そして立地です。 自炊に必要な物が私の自宅以上に充実していました。 メルカドやスーパーで買い物し、暮らすような旅ができます。 もちろん、周りには沢山の飲食店もありますので、困ることはありません。 基本、スタッフには会いませんが、メッセージを送ると迅速にお返事が頂ける点も安心でした。 偶然出会ったスタッフもとても親切な方々でした。また、今度は家族と戻ってきたいと思います。 リビンクから日の出とサンセットをのんびり眺めるのはとても心地良いです。 信じられない景色に感動できるでしょう。
