“For this price you expect certain level, but thats not the case”
+Location, underfloor heating.
−It wasnt clean at all. Hot tub is broken, sink is clogged and bedroom ceiling is low. Towells are old and bed sheet is also old with big hole. Gross.

“The apartment is beautiful, but the building outside the apartment is very old and messy.”
+It is in a very good area, because you can get around on foot. The apartment is an oasis in front of this old, dilapidated building that you look at and feel afraid. The owner has done a very good renovation, and I believe it may be the only apartment in this building that is so modern and renovated. It is quite comfortable, I would say it approaches luxury, but there are flaws that ultimately don’t make it all that luxurious. Nevertheless, it is a truly beautiful home where, if you set aside the exterior of the building, you can enjoy a pleasant stay. I dare say that from a certain point on, on the second or third day of our stay, we began to get used to the scary, almost abandoned building left to its fate, and we even enjoyed it, taking photos. This very old apartment building, if it is ever renovated, will be a real gem. The owner had a welcome gift for my three little children: juices and Smarties. However, it could have had at least one bottle of water in the fridge, but it had nothing.
−At first we were shocked upon entering the entrance of this old, poorly maintained building, and I didn’t hide my fear, sending a message to the owner asking if we were truly safe in this place, as I would be staying there for four nights, alone, as a mother with my three minor children. He assured me that we were safe. Indeed, in the end, I felt safe. Nevertheless, the apartment building, although they say it is under renovation, is not under renovation at all, it is simply left to the passage of time…Fortunately, there are no earthquakes in Hungary, like in Greece. Also, there is no elevator, and climbing to the second floor by the stairs is somewhat tiring. Regarding the inside of the apartment, I have to say that it definitely needed more thorough cleaning. I encourage the polite owner that he should consider urging the cleaning staff to do a better job, because the apartment had quite a bit of dust, and the kitchen also needed better cleaning. The jacuzzi was useful, but indeed it sometimes released some black residues, as someone else mentioned in their review. “It's ok but not going back any time soon”
+Great location, big apartment with lots of facilities, ambiental lights, big beds.
−- no smart tv - walls very thin, and we had some noisy neighbours - when we enter in the building we got a very bad small because the trash cans were right near the entrance door - we could not use the jackuzi because right after we started it some black remains came out of it (probably it was not used recently) - no elevator in the building - we experienced 9 hosts in this vacation but this was the only apartment where we did not get a bottle of water bonus in the fridge. - building very old (renovations are taking place now so maybe it will look better after they are complete) - we had a paper with some advices on the table but it was written only in hungarian, no translation in english on the back, also host responded several time in hungarian via bookings chat

“We stayed for 1 night only. It’s OK for a short stay, you are in the very city centre, it’s easy to get to all the main”
+The location is right in the heart of the city, the apartment is quite spacious. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcome gift. The owner responded every question in a timely manner.
−We were a bit disappointed when it comes to the overall cleanliness. Also the shower was a bit frustrating as it was tricky to get the right water temperature. The bathtub was leaking on the bottom, so the rags were always wet. The building itself is quite old and the walls are thin, so be ready to hear all the neighbors. There was also a construction work going on during our stay, but we were informed on the day of arrival.
