“The apartment was a nice apartment, Let down by some minor issues.”
+The Apartment was modern and clean. Bed was comfortable Very well equipped (Dish washer, Washing machine, Kitchen and dining area). Aircon worked good Location is near metro Big TV in Lounge area Plenty of amenities nearby (Cafes, Restaurants etc.)
−Wi-Fi was constantly cutting off. Ended up having to use our own data on many occasions. Shower leaked because of panel gap in shower this was reported but never dealt with. Washing machine was working intermittently and even locked our clothing inside. This was also reported. The apartment itself was not in a good area, many times Homeless people tried to follow us into the lobby.

“Great stay overall 🙂”
+Lovely and clean apartment next to Nyugati station. Everything is in walking distance but also it is right next to the tram and metro.
−The only thing that was a bit challenging were the check in instructions. We arrived super late and we were trying to figure out how to get the token to use the elevator when the elevator did not work in the first place without it. It seems that you have to open the gate at the stairs, pick up your key from the second floor and then use the elevator.

“€150 deposit WARNING”
+If you go to the very very bottom on this website (below all the adverts and everything 2-3 pages down) you will find a notice that you have to pay €150 additional fee for potential property damage or disturbing the neighbour. We have not seen it when we booked it. So one day after the free cancellation period we get a shock when we got the message from the property owner that we have to pay or we will be unable to check-in. You have to pay the deposit on a 3rd party website outside of Bookings.com. We asked on the weekend the property what`s up with our deposit and answer was we should get it a couple of day after checking out. When I told them that we left 5 days ago no answer. We got an email a week after checking out and I was told that they refunded my deposit but it will take a few more days to arrive into my card. They should put the the deposit requirement on the top under the price instead of burying on the very bottom of the page. We had some annoying issues with the flat: 1. sink in the bathroom nearly fully blocked water barely going down 2. the shower blocked too but not that bad like the sink 3. the shower flooded the bathroom after every shower use as it seems the sh

“A Wonderful Stay with a Few Minor Flaws”
+The place was magnificent! The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and both the kitchen and bathroom were spotless and well-maintained. The bathroom also featured underfloor heating, which was a wonderfully cozy detail. The large TV and fast internet made the stay even more enjoyable. Communication with the staff was highly professional, and despite not meeting in person, we received the keys and passwords effortlessly. They were also incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in two hours early, which was a huge help since we arrived in Budapest ahead of schedule. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay.
−We were disappointed that there were no slippers provided, and we also noticed a large stain on the inner side of the bed cover, which was unfortunate.

“Tiszta, igényes szállás szuper helyen”
+Tiszta, felszerelt, igényes szállas, nagyon jó lokációval. Nálunk a tisztaság elég kulcskérdés, de itt szerencsére nem kellett csalódnunk.
−Az ágy lehetett volna egy picit szélesebb, de ez csak ízlés kérdése. A parkolás sem túl jó, de ez a környék adottsága, maga a szállás szuper volt.
