6.0“Nice stay ideal for what we wanted for 2 nights.”
+Location pleasant. Compact.
−Road could be noisy at times. Says great view but no views from the house. Says beach and water sports, misleading as no where near a beach.

9.0“Quiet and peaceful”
+Lovely location with walks nearby. Not far to get to bus for Chichester and Midhurst Compact and well designed although very steep stairs and platform mattress took some getting used to. Perfect for solo visitor.

10.0+Beautifully located and exceeded our expectations Loved the fact that being near Goodwood we were serenaded by the Merlin engines of the Spitfire!

6.0“Great for a short stay if you’re young fit and able.”
+Great location. Quiet countryside property. Clean and tidy. Great place to explore local National Trust properties. Chichester is a short drive and lovely town with lots to see and do.
−Not great if you are tall, overweight or have limited mobility. Partner cracked his head on the beam n his way to the bathroom (he’s 6ft). Later (in heels) I managed to do the same on a cross beam! The ladder to get to the bed is very steep - definitely need to concentrate going up and down and no chance of bringing anything up with you. Once in bed it is comfortable and has that cosy camping feeling as the bed is in the pitched roof. (I loved listening to the rain).

9.0“Quirky property that's ideal for a quiet break away.”
+Lovely location and an unusual property. Exceptionally well equipped for such a small place, everything you need for a short break away. There is a nice log burner in addition to the underfloor heating, so it was easy to keep warm despite being in November. Good hot water and a decent shower. The sleeping arrangement is quirky, with the bed being above on a mezzanine. It is literally just the bed, so change before you go up! (I think that this is quite apparent from the pictures on the site, so I dont think anyone could moan about it). The stairs are quite steep and narrow however, probably not suitable for everyone. I met the owner very briefly, who was very pleasant, but it was quite obvious that the place is yours and you won't be disturbed and they just leave you to get on with it. In my opinion, it's very professionally run.
−Nothing to dislike. Purely from a constructive point of view, a shelf or something to put soap etc on in the shower would be useful as it was a bit of a pain having to keep picking things up and putting them down again on the shower tray whilst showering.
