+the after service received from Valentina supberb.As we ntraveled each day till late bed was our haven,unfortunately use of facilities by other guests late at night initated the power pump and and disturbed us as well.Minor by local systems . Only minor in the greater sceme of things.

“Cracking little apartment with everything you need for great stay”
+I admit I was pleasantly surprised by this great little apartment. It had everything you needed to make the stay just perfect. It was immaculately clean, had all the extras like iron, first aid kit, welcome basket of milk, water, cakes etc, fully working kitchen and washing machine. Valentina was the perfect host, giving valuable help and advice on how to get to apartment from station, tram links etc. Apartment is on 7th floor, but has very quirky lift to get you there! Lovely balcony with great view over Florence and the hills. I loved this apartment and if I ever return, I would definitely stay here again.

“Priceworthy and nice stay”
+The apartment provided some essential things for daily uses. It is clean and comfortable. The location of the apartment is good, so that one can travel either by tram T2 to the train station, or by bus 23 to the city. The key picking up system is convenient; one doesn't need to worry about arrival time. The information for accessing the apartment was informed in advance.

−A little out of the centre of florence which meant traveling on overcrowded trams every day. Not many shops or eateries within easy walking distance especially in the heat that Florence was going through. Fir comfort

“Cozy apartment in a quiet location close to the tram for easy access to Florence.”
+This is a lovely apartment in a nice quiet area just a short walk to the tram station. Very easy to get to all the tourist attactions and train station in Florence by tram. There is a mall nearby with a huge grocery store. This was good for us as we got colds when we were there, and did takeaways from the grocery store for dinner a couple of times so we could relax. The apartment is nicely furnished and well suited for two people. The kitchen is well stocked for two people with everything we needed for our stay. Bathroom very nice. Everything in the apartment is relatively new. Hosts very responsive by What'sApp. All in all a great place to stay for a few nights in a beautiful city.
−This is not a didn't like but a heads up for other travelers. I don't belive it is well suited for more than two adults. While it is well equiped it is quite small. The fold out beds would not be suitable for adults to sleep on, in our opinion. Other reviewer comment on how you can hear noise in the next apartment, and it is true. We were very lucky as we believe whe had a single person next door during out stay, so it was relatively quiet for us, but we still knew someone was there. I would stay here again if I am ever lucky enough to go back to Florence.
