“Loved Florence .”

−Dirty on arrival . Cleaners had to come back . No wifi and when it worked it was very poor . Unable to do the work I needed to do whilst away . Very very dark inside the property . Maintenance had to come out o. The 2nd day to fix things in apartment.

“Great location, some issues with apartment”
+Location is wonderful, a block from the Duomo, close to markets and shopping. Less than 15 minutes to the train station. Apartment is in a safe area.
−Several reviews mentioned a smell of mold. The apartment had a leak from the air conditioner, a mop in the laundry room + a bedroom below ground. These factors probably contribute to the smell of mold, but it wasn't overwhelming. There was no coffee maker.

“Great location, pleasant stay but definitely wasn’t as comfortable as we’d hoped but still good”
+The location was great right near the Duomo! And in a quiet spot right next to a Gelati shop and fresh breakfast place. Also a wine in the window just around the corner! About 10-20 min walk to major sights. Has a washing machine and iron which is great. The hosts were good at communicating, Elliot sent helpful information.
−The wifi wasn’t great unfortunately but they tried their best to reset it, but no reception. The drier didn’t really work, we dried our clothes all day and they were still wet. There were no extra pillows or towels for the third guest.

−El sofá cama no es muy cómodo. Y que cobraron 30 euros por llegar después de las 8 pm. Y eso no lo informaron en la reserva ni antes ni después.

+La ubicación es fantástica, el apartamento es acogedor y el equipamiento genial. Wifi excelente.
−Tuvimos que esperar 40min para que llegaran a entregarnos las llaves aun habiendo avisado de la hora de llegada, pero la chica que nos atendió lo hizo genial. No hay cajetín para recoger las llaves y aun así, nos enviaron dos correos con codigos e instrucciones para recogerlas... No hay TV. No conseguimos saber el funcionamiento de la secadora, nos hubiera gustado poder disponer de los toalleros eléctricos en servicio.

“Perfecto para visitar centro histórico”
+Bien situado, cerca del centro y muy relajante, no se escucha nada del exterior. Hay tiendas cerca donde puedes comprar lo que necesites.
−No tenía televisión, revisar funcionamiento de las instalaciones de agua y si es posibil dejar instrucciones como y donde se podía tirar la basura.
