“Nice, well equipped spacious apartment”
+Nice an spacious apartment with a magnificent view
−Cycling uphill is rather steep at the end of the day and walking to the city centre further away than expected

“Very good”
+Excellent view.
−Parking was very difficult due to construction works nearby. Car is a must for everything.

“Big Appartment, average experience.”
+The Appartment was spacious and the bedrooms were as described and comfortable. There were sufficient dishes in the kitchen. The staff was very helpful and supportive and reacted quickly on our complaints of the Appartment.
−1) the garage: if you have a bigger car than a VW Polo sized vehicle, you will have problems to park the car in the garage. The access way to the garage is so tight and obstructed (by walls and stairwells) that it was a nightmare to park the car. No other options to park in the surroundings as the house is located on a steep hill. 2) the internet / TV: if you do not speak Italian, it will be a quiet weekend without TV for you as it only features Italian language TV. Netflix or streaming over the internet is not an option as the internet connection is so slow that you cannot even surf the internet or check your apps properly. 3) the whole house looks like the owner still somehow lives there. Many old books and furniture around which do not necessarily need to belong in a short term rental Appartment. Soap and dishwasher tabs etc were either almost empty or not available in the beginning until we complained. 4) dishwasher not working in the beginning. Somehow was able to make it work.

“Giornate fantastiche.”
+La casa è bella, soprattutto la vista dal balcone è stupenda, peccato perché siamo rimasti poco, pozione buona , anche facile da raggiungere, consiglio!
