“Not really up to modern day short rental standards.”
+Great location
−Very dated apartment,but adequate. Air conditioning didn’t work and the windows didn’t keep out the noise from the traffic junction opposite. Traffic was continuous into early hours and early morning.

“Great location and a comfortable stay.”
+We really enjoyed our stay at Serrano Park. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Valencia and within walking distance of everything. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was a great base for exploring the city. We were aware that the apartment is located near a busy street when we booked, so we expected some street noise. It was mostly noticeable during the day, and we didn't experience any issues with noise at night. Overall, it was a clean and cozy apartment. We had a great experience and would happily stay here again soon.

“What lacks in size, it makes up for in location”
+It was cosy, and the location was amazing! Heating worked well, which was very much needed in February.
−The space was quite small, which does not really show in the pictures. The kitchen was located behind hinged moving mirrors, which sometimes made it difficult to use. Not a place to cook a big meal, it seems.

“Céntrico, pero descuidado.”
+Es céntrico, buen aire acondicionado sobretodo en el verano.
−Se nota que es un sitio antiguo y descuidqdo. La cocina está vieja, no se sabe cuando está encendía o apagada, está cubierta por puertas corredizas que son completamente innecesarias e incómodas.

+la posizione era TOP, si trova a 5 min a piedi dal centro e per andare in spiaggia bastava prendere l'autobus. Anche il prezzo, molto coveniente per i giorni che siamo stati li. Il clima funziona molto bene.
−Consiglierei di cambiare la serratura della porta, perchè sono stata chiusa fuori tutta la notte perchè non si apriva, e in questa situazione ho dovuto contattare un fabbro per aprirla, ho dovuto pagare ma poi quelli dell'appartamento mi hanno restituito i soldi, in quanto non è stata colpa mia. L'appartamento non era pulito e presentava muffa fuori dal frigo. Le foto di booking fanno vedere tutti gli appartamenti che ci sono e poi ne viene assegnato uno, sembrano grandi ma in realtà sono piccoli, ma abbastanza per stare comodi in 2. In cucina ci sono delle porte scorrevoli a specchio che risultano un pò ingombranti e rendono scomodo cucinare, in quanto bisogna continuamente spostare la porta avanti e indietro.

“Je recommande, et je reviendrais sûrement !”
+Nous avons adoré l’emplacement, très bien situé proche de tout à pied niveau commerce et accessibilité aux transports facile, accès à la plage rapidement en bus ou en vélo. Rue calme il n’y a que la circulation le matin mais autrement c’est plutôt calme.
−Malgré le super logement, une remise à neuf reste à prévoir notamment pour les fenêtres difficiles à ouvrir et fermer. Et le nettoyage aussi l’appartement n’était pas très propre à notre arrivé. Mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer de merveilleuse vacances.
