“Lovely riad in the heart of Marrakech - highly recommended for small groups”
+Amazing location - right in the heart of the centre of Marrakech which felt like a real privilege to experience the local residents going about their daily lives. We were met on arrival by Hajiba, the housekeeper, who was always available to respond to questions and provide information. And the host, Simon was fantastic - available for any questions and extremely responsive. Despite the high temperatures outside, the riad stayed cool and calm and was a lovely escape from the busy streets and heat of the city. There were four of us, each with our own bedroom and bathroom and the riad was quiet and peaceful.
−Both are minor points - it would have been great to have some parasols on the rooftop to shelter from the sun - there were poles available but no parasol tops. And perhaps a variation on the breakfast each morning.

“Nice riad for a larger group”
+Nice size rooms and spaces. the house keeper was friendly and helped when we had issues. Central location close to the main shopping streets
−Not many cooking utensils making cooking or using the kitchen hard. Breakfast was a little repetitive with not much variation. Dryer was on 24/7 as I think sheets and towels from other Riads were being done in the machine making it quite loud inside.

“An authentic stay in the heart of Marrakesh”
+It’s gorgeous. You are right in the old narrow streets of Marrakesh. Truly authentic and exciting. Despite being cautious when we arrived we soon relaxed and felt very safe in the area. The locals around the Riad were lovely. Breakfast was prepared with care by Hajiba. She was delightful. Always smiling and such a lovely natured lady. We had everything we needed. The Riad is comfortable and clean and we loved it.
−We did have a problem with the drains in one bedroom being smelly. The housekeeper did put a cleaner down but it didn’t work for long. We found a solution ourselves by putting cling film over the shower outlet when not in use and that worked.

+I can’t speak about the house keeper Hajiba enough, she went above and beyond to accommodate our family. She made our stay here so much more special. The Riad is located in the heart of Medina, walking distance from all the best spots. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

“Amazing and Beautiful Riad. Look forward to returning in the future.”
+We had the most wonderful stay at this Riad. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful the place was. It looked exactly like the pictures (if not better!), with stunning details, a peaceful atmosphere, and everything so thoughtfully designed. The location was perfect - tucked away in a quiet spot but just a short walk to all the local sights, shops, and restaurants. It made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. Although we didn’t get the chance to meet Simon in person, he was absolutely incredible throughout our stay. He was kind, responsive, and genuinely went above and beyond to look after us. From organizing smooth airport transfers to sharing brilliant local tips and recommendations, Simon made everything feel effortless. It’s rare to come across someone so attentive and helpful, and we really appreciated everything he did for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will absolutely be returning to this Riad the next time we visit. We look forward to visiting Simon’s other Riad’s and will definitely be recommending this Riad to other friends and family. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!
−There was nothing we didn’t like. A suggestion would be having a second key available for those big groups in which some like to stay out late and some do not with kids.

“Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésitation pour un séjour alliant confort, calme et accueil exceptionnel à Marrak”
+Hajiba, la gouvernante, est très attentionnée et met tout en œuvre pour rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible. Son accueil chaleureux, sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse ont été particulièrement appréciés. L’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir Marrakech tout en profitant d’un environnement calme et reposant. Le Riad est superbe, et la literie est d’un grand confort. La petite piscine est parfaite pour se rafraîchir lors des journées chaudes.
−En raison de la chaleur, nous n’avons pas pu ouvrir la toile qui sert de toit, ce qui a malheureusement réduit la luminosité à l’intérieur. La piscine était également assez fraîche, même si elle reste très agréable pour se rafraîchir lors des journées chaudes et constitue un véritable atout. Enfin, nous avons trouvé les lieux un peu poussiéreux, bien qu’une équipe soit intervenue pour effectuer un grand nettoyage le jour de notre départ.
