+Very well furnished kitchen. The owner has even prepared a rice cooker and some rice, which was beyond my expectation.

+Location was excellent - only 5 minutes from downtown. The bedrooms, lounge, kitchen were all great and they had everything available that you needed and more. Lovely appliances and kitchenware, lovely setting.
−The soundproofing in the walls isn't so good, so could hear the neighbours. Thankfully it didn't go on too long!

“Underwhelming”
+The kitchen was well stocked
−The driveway is filthy , the entrance to the building is rotted , Christmas decorations on the window. Toilet seat wasn't properly secured.

“Absolutely worth the money for what you're provided with.”
+30 mins walk from Downtown. The apartment had everything you could need, right down to spare toothbrushes. Each room was a decent size. As we were travelling as a family it was nice to relax together in the living room after a day of exploring instead of having to go separate ways to hotel rooms (which would've cost us a significant amount more). We were informed that there was issues with the shower doors not closing as they should, but none of us had any problems with them.
−It was a bit of a goldilocks situation with the beds due to our individual preferences, but not a criticism of the apartment itself.

“Great stay”
+We liked the property very much. It was very clean with very well equipped kitchen. There was everything you could need during the stay even washing machine and dryer. Host was very kind and easy to connect with. He prepared a list of good restaurants, near shops and suggestions for trips that helped us a lot. There was a bus stop in front of the flat and city center was about 30 minutes walk. We would stay in the same flat next time for sure.
−The only thing we were not very happy with was a traffic during night making the room close to the street quite noisy but host cannot do anything with it.

“Disappointing”

−Food left in the fridge, Washing left in the dryer as well as crumpled up on top of the dryer. One of the beds had stained bedding ($250 charge if we stained them!). A shower so filthy that none of us used it in the two night stay and we only used the toilet because we had to. After some messaging backward and forward compensation was offered but then the usual roadblocks " you made your reservation with Booking.com you need to contact them " & then from Booking.com " you need to contact the property it's nothing to do with us! "
