“Good value apartment near the city’s central area.”
+The apartment was as illustrated and detailed, so all good. Located a few minutes walk from the city’s central area, so convenient for typical tourist activities. The area is safe and there are a number of cafes, a bread shop, butchers, patisserie and pizzeria in the general area… plus a lorry selling fruit and veg. The nearest supermarket, SISA is a twenty minute round trip. Of course if you have a car then the choice is wider. I parked up the road, 5 minutes away, free and it wasn’t an issue during my stay. Communication with the owner was excellent and they were prompt with responses when required. The internet connection was good and reliable. For the price this was a good value apartment and I would happily use again if I return to the city.
−Nothing significant that irked me however, I would suggest more comfortable pillows. In due course some of the bathroom fittings will need replacing as they are coming towards the end of their reliability, e.g. plugs.

+Ideal choice in Palermo! Excellent place managed by the most professional host. The flat has everything you could desire even for the long stay. On top of it the location right in the middle of this beautiful city gives you the advantage to do everything easly. It would be a great pleasure to come back here one day.

−The street in front of the apartment was a raceway. Many cars accelerated hard up the hill at all hours. Loud enough to wake me.

“Perfect apartment for our visit, will definitely stay here again when we return to Palermo”
+The property is very attractive, it has a terrace and was extremely clean, short walk to the Main Street of Palermo and close to the main road so was easy to drive to. The host left a little tourist guide to Palermo and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well, she also made us feel very welcomed with a bottle of wine and a few bottles of water ready for us when we checked in
−Parking near the property is a bit or a struggle, but luckily there is a car park about 5 minutes walk away that always had spaces so it wasn’t really an issue

“Everything you need to live as a local”
+The location of this property was perfect for exploring Palermo by foot. The apartment has everything you need to live as if you were a local Sicilian, and is exactly as advertised. The decor is quite cute and gives off a warm cozy vibe which was always nice to come home to. Rosanna and Antonio were fantastic, great communicators, and were very helpful in resolving any issues I had.

+close to the center, well eqqiped with products of quality, clean and with nice smell, responsive and nice owner, early check in (11 am), sepcious with cute balcony. We really enjoyed the stay and there was nothing to complain about.
−if someone suffers from obesity the shower cabin maybe too small to get in. Fo the majority of people it is comfortable :)
