+The location was perfect.
−Our stay at the apartment was okay. However, the stairs with no elevator to the top floor felt like climbing a mountain! :) The biggest issue was the bathroom,water was leaking from the shower cabin, causing constant flooding, and the drain was completely blocked, so the water wouldn't go down at all. Absolute disaster. The apartment was equipped, but we had to request toilet paper and a Turkish coffee pot, and we didn't even get a response from the host but some other person wrote us and didn't do anything.

−A few kitchen properties are not useable (pan ect.), The shower drain is clogged. There was dried snot on one of the blankets. The worst part is that the apartment is on the 7th floor. There's no elevator, and it was an extremely tiring experience with huge suitcases.

“Okay budget option.”
+Great location, comfy sofa, big fridge and overall good kitchen facilities, easy check in, wifi is great. The stairs to the 5th floor were a fantastic workout!
−Only one small pillow per person, beds were uncomfortable (not much support, two beds stuck together and essentially you can't roll over without feeling the wooden join - so poor that one of us ended up using the sofa instead), no towels in the bathroom or kitchen, shower leaked a lot onto floor, A/C mentioned in summary and check in instructions but not actually available in that apartment (which was less than ideal in 30° heat), fan wasn't working (loud but didn't produce any real air movement).

+Location. View from top floor. Shower pressure. Great instructions provided to allow access to apt. Very much appreciated. Secure apartment. LOTS of stairs which didn't bother us, but if had lots of luggage or may benefot from use of a lift,may ne a bit of a challenge. Beautiful old building. Good hob/oven. Beds comfy enough though couldnt find pillow cases for spare pillows ( 2).Photos on booking.com have to be other apartment as certainly were not from ours. (No 2)
−Little things- fan didn't work which would have been nice additional option to the main fan in living room. Nights cooled whilst there, fortunately. Floor is very 'spongey' in kitchen, feels you might break it. No tea towels in kitchen. Basic, rather uncomfortable living room chairs. Tired looking rugs. Stayed 3 nights which was enough. Any longer would have been too much at this place.

−Hay que subir 6 pisos, sin ascensor. Nos dieron un número equivocado de cajetín para las llaves y tuvimos que hablar con el propietario para que nos diera nuevas indicaciones. Es un apartamento que está bien para 3-4, porque los dos sillones-cama del comedor son impracticables. Había una ventana rota y no se podía cerrar del todo. Hacía frío en el apartamento, llamamos al anfitrión y nos dijo que la calefacción era centralizada y que no se ponía en marcha hasta el 5 de noviembre. Y el apartamento no disponía de ningún calefactor eléctrico ni nada para calentar el apartamento.

+1) la posizione della struttura è ottima. 2) prezzo basso.
−1) n. 110 scalini per arrivare in appartamento. 2) macchinetta del caffè non funzionante. 3) l'acqua nel piatto doccia non defluiva regolarmente, con conseguente accumulo di acqua. 4) riscaldamento centralizzato non funzionante; nonostante diverse interlocuzioni con il proprietario, che ci assicurava una pronta risoluzione del problema, il riscaldamento non ha mai funzionato.

−W łazience woda spod prysznica przeciekała. W kuchni były tylko dwa kubki, brak patelni, tylko jeden garnek, brak czajnika. Express do kawy zepsuty.
