“It was good, but many of the things in the apartment could be upgraded”
+The location is very good. It is near the main street in the city and also not far from the beach. The property is big and clean. The was a very cute swing in the room.
−The shower is very uncomfortable. It is in the kitchen and the is no door! While you are taking a shower all the other people have to stay in the corner of the room because either way they are going to see you. The kitchen also wasn’t comfortable. And there were not oven and aspirator.

+The location was excellent! Very close to everywhere, longest walk was ten minutes to go past Lama Monachile. The staff at reception were also lovely! The caffe serafini was beautiful too.
−The beds were quite hard, and there was no sofa in the apartment as advertised in the photos. There was also some simple things missing, such as hand soap in the bathroom. The main shower head was broken too, and the smaller shower head worked, but the piece it was attached too in the shower was cracked. The microwave also had to be carried off the top shelf and across to the table in order to be plugged in, which was fine but could be dangerous if somebody didn’t realize how heavy it was.

“The arrangement of the loft is a bit weird. Not sure what the upstairs loft is for.”
+Breakfast was not included. The bar is nice like any other cafe/bar in the area
−Did not like that the shower is not in bathroom but in the main area. It is awkward sharing a room with a friend and the other has to be on the other side of the room so you can take a shower. There’s no door blocking the shower. There was low water pressure through the shower and there was no hot water at times. The yellow paint in the shower is also chipping away. Lastly, you can hear a lot of noise from the residence upstairs.

São pessoas que fazem a diferença e que, mesmo muitas vezes trabalhando nos bastidores, são fundamentais para que tudo funcione perfeitamente e para que o hóspede tenha uma experiência excepcional. Também tivemos o prazer de conhecer as colaboradoras da limpeza, sempre muito educadas, simpáticas e cuidadosas. Foi possível perceber que existe uma equipe realmente comprometida em oferecer o melhor aos hóspedes. Nota 1.000 para toda a equipe Serafini Loft! 👏🏻 Além deste imóvel, eles possuem outras opções ainda mais luxuosas e certamente voltaremos a considerar o Serafini Loft em uma próxima vi
