+We needed to keep our luggages and they were very helpful to accommodate. Balcony is also nice.

“very nice apartment in a great location helping make a very enjoyable holiday”
+property was good, and in a Great location for seeing Pisa and touring other cities (eg florence, lucca, viaraggio, livorno all in easy reach) via trains as its just a 4-5 min walk to the station, Located at the bottom of the "high" street making it good for access to cafe's and restaurants etc, and only a 12Euro taxi to & from airport making that cheaper and quicker than the pisa mover (for 2 or 3)
−1) hot water for showers failed on last day :( i assume just a glitch somewhere as its'd been fine all other days 2) only 3 clothes pegs to hang up 3 towels on clothes line, 6 would have saved me a trip to the ground floor to pick one up

“Spacious, well-equipped apartment in a perfect location”
+Our stay in the apartment was wonderful. We spent two nights in Pisa with our family of five before our flight, and everything was perfect. The apartment is very well equipped - the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking (including a large fridge with freezer, a capsule coffee machine, and even basics like salt, pepper, oil, and vinegar). The bathroom was also fully stocked with towels, shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, and a hairdryer. Both bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and we really appreciated having air conditioning in every room. The beds were big and cozy, and although we also used the sofa bed in the living area, I would recommend it more for children than for adults. The location is excellent - right at the start of the main shopping street (a highlight for our eldest daughter :)), and just a pleasant 20-minute walk to the Leaning Tower and other sights. For breakfast (and more), we can highly recommend the Leonardo Café & Ristoro, just a short walk away on a nearby square.
−The only downside was the rather noisy neighbors in the apartment next door. Since one of the bedrooms probably shares a wall with their bathroom, we could hear every word, the sound of running water, and even movement in the bathtub. That in itself wouldn’t have been such a big issue, if it hadn’t happened after midnight and the whole bathing session hadn’t lasted more than two hours, which made it impossible for us to sleep. Of course, this is something the hosts can’t control, so we definitely don’t hold it against them. I just think it’s useful to know that the walls aren’t very thick - which may not bother everyone, but we’re used to not hearing our neighbors at all at home, so our ears are probably extra sensitive to this :)

“Perfect stay for a trip to Pisa”
+As soon as we walked in the door, we loved the place. Check in process was smooth and owner was very accommodating to our early arrival which we really appreciated. Nicely furnished, clean and a great central location. Nice little balcony to sit outside with a coffee made from the coffee machine in the apartment. Kitchen area had all we needed which we took advantage of by making dinner and breakfast there. The kids wanted to stay in the apartment rather than go out to eat, a good sign! Everything was well presented and the accommodation was perfect for a family stay in Pisa. If in Pisa again we would stay here.

“A nice flat near the city center”
+Flat was easily accessible based on the instructions. It was also nice, clean and well-equipped. It has 2 big bedrooms. There are grocery shops nearby. The leaning tower is a 20 minute walk, train station is in 5 minutes and you can also get a bus there to go to Marina di Pisa and the sea is really nice there. The communication with the owner was quick and easy. A great advantage as well, that there is a storage room for the flat on the ground level, so we could leave there our luggages on our last day of our stay.
