+The location is perfect as it is 10 minutes from the beach and close to all shops.
−I didn't like that there was no internet only when we arrived and then because I sent a message the internet came back

“Overpriced, poor communication, not very accessible”
+The double bed was so comfortable, we had a great sleep. Dishwasher. Parking close by.
−My mum slept on the single bed in twin room, one was broken and the other mattress was not of the quality of the double, her sleep was okay. The stairs in the property are very steep and weren't ideal, there is 2 flights to get into the property and a really steep set inside. The fan was so dirty no air was coming out, requires a clean. Would have liked TVs in room. Check out is 10am on a sunday. The hosts didn't respond to my question on air con at all, they took forever to get hold of to get information to get into the property. They gave our property to another guest and got the codes to our property muddled up with the other guests as well. The hosts sounded a bit tipsy and giggly at the situation when we were quite stressed from a London distance travel and at the difficulty of getting in, the stairs and holding all our bags whilst trying to get in the property main entrance and then again I to put actual room due to the hosts mix up of codes and rooms. When we left I messaged the hosts as I thought I'd left my bracelet there, I've heard nothing from them, luckily it's showed up, but a response would have been appreciated. The location is very deprived and extremely overpriced

“Terrible and uneasy”
+I really liked how central the property was to the shops, restaurants, and beach area. It was definitely convenient and made getting around very easy. We visited a few food spots nearby, and every single one was great. Ramsgate has such a lovely atmosphere, and it is definitely on my list of places to visit again in the near future.
−Security was extremely poor during our stay. There appeared to be a prostitution operation taking place in the unit downstairs, which created a serious security concern for us. We had to pass strange men entering and leaving the downstairs flat, and while we were there, a major police operation took place at that unit. Police officers came knocking on our door and questioned us, which left us feeling very uncomfortable and unsafe for the remainder of our stay. We made a formal complaint to the host and requested a refund, but our message went unanswered until our final day. When they finally responded, they made excuses and refused to take responsibility. There are security cameras throughout the building, which made us feel even more concerned, as it seemed possible that the host or management may have known what was happening and failed to protect guests. There was also what appeared to be evidence of male bodily fluid stains on the couch, which raised further concerns that our unit may also have been used for inappropriate activity. I would not recommend anyone stay here. It is unfortunate because the property looks nice and is in a convenient location, but the security concerns

−WiFi was very poor, no toilet rolls and no bin provided apart from toilets. We had to put rubbish in the street bins.

“Apart the dangers of that step everything else was fine”

−There wasnt enough space to get around the beds however what did it in the most is the place flat i stayed in had a step that was too tall which would cause an accident and it did to one of my friends as they badly hurt their ankle and had to leave the property

“The apartment is basic and would benefit from a deep clean”
+Location was very central. The apartment had everything we needed.
−It wasn't very clean. It felt like just the surfaces had been wiped over but nothing had been given a thorough clean as I'd expect. The windows especially were very dirty on the inside. I appreciate it's end of season but this shouldn't be an excuse. I didn't raise this as an issue with the mangers as we were only there for two nights so they may have done something about it, but to be honest it needed a good few hours spent on it.
