“Just Perfect”
+Beautifully appointed apartment that was made to feel like a home. Fantastic view from the balcony. Quiet location yet close to shops and tavernas and no problem parking outside. Biscuits, water and drinks waiting on arrival and basic condiments provided. Also greatly appreciated Despina allowing me to check out later as I had a wait for the ferry.
−The walk back up the steps from the taverna, but that was down to my condition!

“A view in Neapoli you’ll never forget.”
+A beautiful apartment in the centre of Neapoli with all the conveniences you need for a great stay. Super clean, shower works perfectly, everything in the kitchen is good and the bed is extremely comfortable. It’s a quiet area which allows you to rest and relax. Host Despjna responds quickly to any message sent.

“Eine tolle Ferienwohnung mit Meerblick und mittendrin und trotzdem ruhig”
+Die Unterkunft hat eine fantastische Lage mit Sicht auf das Meer vom Balkon aus. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll ausgestattet, sogar eine Waschmaschine mit Waschpulver gibt es. Der Kühlschrank war mit Getränken und kleinen Vorräten gefüllt. Es gibt Kerzen, eine Gläserauswahl, genug Geschirr und alles ist sehr durchdacht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr unkompliziert.

“Un nido con una vista imbattibile”
+La vista è mozzafiato! Pulizia molto approfondita della casa. SUPER accessoriata, c'è di tutto e di più. Host veramente molto generoso. La terrazza permette di godere del panorama.
−Porta dura da chiudere e aprire, tranquillamente risolvibile. Bagno senza finestra. Se si è una famiglia, alla lunga può diventare un problema. I pregi della casa comunque fanno dimenticato qualsiasi aspetto migliorabile.

“Dream House”
+Υπέροχο φωτεινό σπίτι σε τέλεια τοποθεσία με θέα το απέραντο γαλάζιο! Ήσυχο, πεντακάθαρο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, άνετα στώματα, τέλειος ύπνος! Οι κόρες μου το ονόμασαν "dream house". Δέκα με τόνο!

+Alloggio delizioso, con una vista bellissima su Neapoli e il mare. È pulito, curato e con attenzione ai dettagli, è stato pensato a tutto quello che può servire per una vacanza confortevole. Ottima posizione per visitare la Laconia meridionale ed Elafonissos. Si trova facilmente parcheggio pubblico vicino all'appartamento. Consigliatissimo!

+Die Wohnung mit ihrer herrlichen Aussicht hat uns bezaubert. Sie hat eine tolle und ruhige Lage. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit genügend Geschirr, Gewürzen und sogar Olivenöl. Waschmashine und Waschmittel waren auch vorhanden. Ich habe mich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Gastgeberin war seh nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.
