“OWNER IS A PAIN AND IF YOU STAY HERE, BE PREPARED TO CLEAN AND SOLVE THE PROPERTIES ISSUES”
+Location
−The apartment is in a great central location, and Fernanda, who welcomed us, was lovely and kind. However, it was clear she's limited in what she can do to support guests due to the apartment owner. Unfortunately, the owner was unhelpful and rude, making it incredibly difficult to resolve any of the issues we encountered. We've stayed in many Airbnbs and Booking.com rentals across Europe and have never experienced as many problems as we did here. To start, the air conditioning units are very old and leaked water constantly when in use-we had to clean up puddles multiple times instead of enjoying our vacation. That's unacceptable, guests should not be expected to troubleshoot utilities during their stay. There was no remote for the cable TV, making it unusable. Basic supplies were also missing: no shampoo, no body wash, and only two rolls of toilet paper were provided for four people over five days. These are minimal essentials that should be standard. To top it off, we were informed at check-in that the dishwasher was broken and would ne

“Lovely spacious comfy apartment in a great location!”
+Very well equipped apartment, had almost everything we needed. Maybe a few comfy chairs & a lounger/bed on the balcony-as one of our party was quite immobile and we sat out there a lot.
−The apartment was top class, but like others said the pool area needs a major upgrade. The pool itself is lovely and clean- and great for a swim.

“2024 Family Holiday”
+Location is excellent. Apartment was in reasonably good condition.
−Unfortunately Shower rail is damaged. Difficult to shower. Air conditioning units are old and leaked water. Very temperamental to use. Pool area is run down. Sun beds are old. Some are damaged. Not enough sun beds.
